Good food. You can buy pieces of fish without fries if on a diet or diabetic. Unique deserts you should try.

We stopped by for lunch before a concert. We got a huge piece of Halibut, cole slaw and tons of home fries and a thick slice of homemade bread. Great taste , great price and super friendly. There we 8 people staying at the hotel and they asked us where we got dinner, we told them Duckworth's down the road. They all went for supper there as well. when they got back they thanked us for the recommendation saying they couldn't believe how generous the portions were.

They fish was so fresh and the staff were so welcome and friendly ! I love the atmosphere, it’s a really great dining experience ! Try the deep fried Mars bar too!!

Reasonable pricing for fish n chip dinner. When back in the area that's where I want to go again. We even recommended it to 6 other people we met that night and they were happy with our recommendations

Great fish and chips, batter is light and crispy fries are excellent, great homemade tartar. Small place that you can dine in or take out. Looking forward to try the various deep fried desserts! Thanks see you soon!

Best fish and chips I've ever had! Price has risen a little, but well worth it! I eat here every time I'm in the area. The staff is always friendly and accommodating!

The food was good, fish was very tasty nicely done. Service was a bit slow. I believe they have maybe only one person serving on that day.But I definitely recommend this place.

Stopped by for lunch on the way to the cottage. The fish and chips were good. Portions were large. I had gravy on the side and it went well with the fries.Service was great as well. Accurate and speedy.The only thing that threw me off was that the whole restaurant smelled like the bathroom (mildew).

House special 2 piece halibut and poutine= $38 for one.I won’t give a 1 star only because there were a few pros.Pros-coleslaw was banging!- portions were fair!- staff was friendly!Cons- fish batter had no taste apart from old grease along with being still kind of gooey.- fries were decent but gravy had no taste also.- yes, portions were fair, however if you charge pretty much $40 for that meal, everything should be on par or above.First time there and have wanted to stop and try for awhile now, but can’t see myself going back for those prices and lack thereof for food quality.Maybe it was just an off day or I’m pretty particular on how I like my fish seasoned and cooked, but when bounty has 2 piece with chips for $20.95, that will play in my head if I decide to go back or not.
