Food prep took for ever. Rice bowl had less food in it than a regular wrap, but was twice the price. One of the worst Subways we have visited.

The 2 employees who or working when we were driving by, and we're blasted by about 12 people who came in afterward, did a great job staying positive, calm, and working their hardest to get the people through. The gentleman that looked after me, made three wraps one for each of my daughters and one for myself. As he was wrapping them up, he had to transfer them from the back counter where they were grilled to the front counter to wrap them into the waxed paper that they use. When he was transferring the third one, he dropped it on the floor. I felt terrible for him and he reacted negatively to his mistake. but he apologized, told me that the way that Subway had it set up for them to transfer the subs after being grilled on to the waxed paper in the front wasn't the best way to get it done. They weren't allowed to bring the paper to the back so they had to bring the subs to the front. I didn't want to have to make him make a whole new rap for my daughter so I told him that it was fine my daughters could share one of the ones but he already had made. He apologized several times, and asked me if I was sure that that was a good enough solution and I reassured him that yes that was fine. Be home after we were served, I heard him call a supervisor or fellow employee and ask them to come in. Within 5 minutes, another employee had joined them. I overheard them talking and the new employee said he was riding his bike so he rode as fast as he could to get to work to help them.

The absolute worst Subway restaurant I have ever been to. Constantly out of bread, I never get what I went there to get because they're always out of stock for half the menu. The staff (with the exception of one worker) are incompetent, clearly the management is as well. Again, worst subway in Canada.Ps; If you aren't first in line when you walk in.. Be prepared to wait ten minutes for each person ahead of you, no exaggeration. (I have been frequenting the restaurant for the past three months as the options are slim in Terrace Bay.. here for work)

You know, the lady who works at the gas station in this location (which is joined to the Subway), had a delightful sense of humour!! She was also very grateful that I let her know that she needed extra creamers for her coffee station. I am finding a lot of good things to say about the trip up north especially when we encounter such super exuberant personalities. If I remember correctly, this location was in White River, Ontario. Nope, lol..I am wrong...the location is in Terrace Bay!!!

Driving through from out of town. Was solid place to stop for snacks and sandwiches. Very clean!!!

It was fantastic! Wonderful staff, delicious food, and it was quick too! Very kind young man behind the counter, very plesant, would reccomend to any travelers! I had to ask where I was just to make sure I didn't die and go to sandwich heaven

People are always so friendly and inviting. The business itself has changed to canco but everything pretty much remains the same there is alot more to offer inside the store as well :)
