Amazing little bakery in Oliver! Opening hours are limited (closed several days a week and only open from 9 am until 3 pm) which is a shame. The baguettes and other breads are excellent. I also recommend the cruffins! We've been popping by ever since Brio opened several years ago.

The lemon cruffin is to die for! Highly recommend the cowboy cookie which is soft and chewy on the inside but crunchy on the outside. Wonderful place for dessert!

Continually my favourite sourdough in the city. We live in the south side, so I preorder each month and store up a bunch of loaves in our freezer. Pull one out and it tastes just as fresh as the day we picked it up. The Olive loaf is our favourite! Keep up the amazing work team at Brio

Hours are 9am-3pm but really it should be until 1pm because if you come later than that there’s barely anything left. You will be lucky to get a cruffin or an oatmeal cookie. This place is amazing, they always have a different variety of items every time I come here. Amazing French style artisanal bread and pastries made with quality ingredients - my fave part about this place is that nothing is overly sweet. The only thing I can complain about is the small window of time this place is open but remember go early!!

This bakery is amazing! I love everything they have. Only place I get my bread. There lattes are great too. Just wish they were open more days but I get it. I also wish they had a patio.

This is the cutest, most delicious, and welcoming bakery I have been to in the city of Edmonton. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they really knew their product. It was quick to be served, and the baked goods I could not say enough. They had breakfast, lunch, and donut/snack options, as well as a coffee bar. Definitely more of a bakery than a coffee place (due to the selection size) but the latte I ordered was delicious and I will absolutely be making this my regular spot to stop in the morning. In the photo is their pain au chocolate, Boston crème cruffin, and their cinnamon sugar cruffin. All were amazing!

This is our favourite bread bakery in all of Edmonton. We stock up on their delicious bread and cannot survive without it. The quality of the bread is otherworldly, and the staff are always willing to assist and cut loaves so we can freeze them. Highly recommend their cheese bread, whole-wheat sesame and multigrain.

This bakery has delicious pastries! I loved everything I ordered. The bread loaves that I took home were equally delicious! I would come here again.

Fresh pastries and fresh bread make this a great gem in the Oliver Exchange Building. I only wish they were open on Mondays as well. They have a good selection of different breads and offer slicing while you wait. I would be cautious in having your bread sliced there if you have a nut allergy since they do use the same machine for breads that contain nuts. The pastries are delicious. I enjoyed the cruffin, but it was a tough choice since they all look delicious.
