Wonderful store. Every backyard bird item you can think of (and then some). Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. So glad to have discovered them!

I love going to the Wild Bird Store. The birds outside alone make it worthwhile. The chirping is so welcoming. I am always cheerfully greeted by the people inside too.When I have needed assistance, I felt the information I was getting was thorough and complete. I never felt they were trying to 'up sale' me. They listened to my needs and helped me pick the best product for me.My squirrels love, love, love the mixed nuts. And I have to admit, they do look nice and plump. The nuts, not the squirrels. But then again...My trees are filled with redpolls, chickadees and sparrows ravenously eating the sunflower seeds. They fill my life with song.I truly appreciate the Seniors' discount every Tuesday! Also the loyalty points come in handy for sure!!Oh, and once they can, I am sure they will be able to have some speakers in to their store. I was lucky enough to see an owl presentation. The selection of bird seed and feeders is fantastic, the staff is knowledgeable and passionate about the subject of their work, and the overall ambience of the store is very welcoming. The cashier felt a little condescending, but it might just be due to our being casual bird folks. That shouldn't deter you though, as everything else is great!

This is a really cool store - I've never seen any other wild bird stores like this anywhere. I expected a really small shop but it's actually a good size and they had a lot of options for bird feeders and way better bird houses than larger stores have. The staff was really helpful too. I'll definitely be back. Wish I found this place earlier.

Why buy millet here for your pet bird? Huge, sealed 1lb bags for $12 with the biggest, fullest stalks you can't buy at the pet store. Really good service too!

This place is awesome. I'm a newbie and just wanted to have the right seed in my feeders and look at some other options. Friendly and expert service. Only place I go for my bird needs.
