When my former family doctor, Dr. Blue changed direction in his career and was not available, I became  Dr. T. Raco's new patient.  To tell the truth, at first, I doubted her professional quality.  However, her recent treatment of my swollen leg totally changed my impression. I thought my leg was only the sequelae of my sciatic pain. When she asked me to do some exams, I was not willing to do so.  Based on my symptoms and my age, she insists she must make sure there is nothing more serious.  Time proves she is right, there is something wrong with my heart. Now I start taking medication and more exams are on the way.   On the day, when the Holtor results came out, she phoned me three times in less than four hours, first time she informed me there is something wrong with my heart and I should see a specialist, later she told me an appointment to see a cardiologist is scheduled. The third time she informed me a prescription is sent to Shoppers Drug Mart and I should go there to pick up and take the medication immediately.  I am deeply impressed by her professional knowledge and personal quality of taking good care of her patients.

Dr christopher Blue saved my fingers from locking. Super personable, and took the time to explain a long term plan. Awesome team manager.

Very disappointed with their rude behavior. Staff is very unprofessional and Dr Blue doesn't care at all. I regret to chose B Medical Center, I waisted my time and days off. I'm changing this doctor ASAPI was late only 7 minutes ( I have a parking ticket for 9:35). And your staff was so rude that they didn't bother to ask me why I'm 7 minutes late. I asked your receptionist to at least ask me why I'm late. But she and all others were so rude, just for 7 minutes late they misbehaved, talked rudely and unprofessionally.

Dr. Chris Blue and his incredible team of medical professionals offer exceptional care in a comfortable environment. Dr. Blue's wealth of evidence based knowledge and highly trained skills sets him apart from the other medical specialists. Tracey Raco NP is a wonderful provider with great bedside manners and attention to detail. Rest assured you are in great hands at B Medical! -AM

Dr.Christopher Blue is the physician who over sees my husbands care. I could only rate 5 stars he deserves 10 plus.He an absolutely amazing Doctor, and compassionate human! If anyone reading has the honour of having him as a Dr. You will agree, to those that know nothing....... Dr.Blue is one of if not the only current Doctor besides his wife.Current in the sense ,he is beyond up to date with current advancements and procedures, and otherwise. He is a professional unlike any other!His overall method to patient care is outstanding! And again contemporary!!! Current!! Relevant!!!!!You never ever ever leave his office without having been given the education behind something!He takes his time, never rushes is so kind words cannot say.We are blessed to have him care for our family member !

Dr blue is kind and knowledgeable, and takes the time to really listen. Lovely well-put-together clinic, clean tidy and organized. Nice atmosphere, and very friendly and helpful desk staff. My only complaint is the pay parking lot. I don't like when medical establishments charge you for parking, however the parking lot is immaculate, spacious and has handicap accessible parking. All in all I'm glad to have doctor blue as a doctor.

I appreciate the patience Tracy had with me during a procedure i had done. Tracy and the rest of the staff here are very friendly and tried their best to make me as comfortable as possible during my procedure as well.

My mom had her ingrown toenail procedure done by Dr. Tracey Raco and she did not feel a thing! She was very happy to have found such a great doctor. We will be booking another appointment for her other toenail.

Tracy is awesome! Great bedside manner, and very professional. Stitched up a laceration above my eye leaving little/no scar. And then completed the procedure I was actually scheduled to receive.

This is the location of my new family doctor. So far so good. Office staff is polite and helpful. They are not hidden behind glass doors. There was no wait time. Got right in. The doctor was nice, knowledgable, and compassionate. I had a bad experience with my last doctor so I'm very happy I switched.Well... it didn't work out so well. After one year, I got kicked out of his practice. In the middle of a pandemic!!!
