Taylor did my home and auto insurance quick and efficiently. He was super accommodating to my work schedule and got me the best rate possible for home insurance. For auto insurance he was able to help with extra insurance so that I can transfer to rental insurance in the unites states! I will definitely be sticking with him moving forward!!

They won't let you cancel your insurance when out of province citing ICBC doesn't let us do this".You'd think it would be easy right? Wrong. ICBC says to call an autoplan broker. Now I'm stuck in a loop of not able to cancel insurance

Any such company should work professionally and toward customers welfare.I gave odometer reading, but they lost it. If I ask how to fix this case, the general manager in a rude chat told me that we don't know and don't like even investigation. Advices on how decrease auto insurance cost are unprofessional. Avoid this firm at any rate
