One star if I could give one!!! I literally booked an appointment for 4:15 and guess what I came 5 minutes late because the place is impossible to find!!!!!!! Like. Literally impossible you have to go through washroom doors and passed the bathroom who knew bathrooms can be so long! Then I came late so they said oh you didn’t book and appointment so when a lady behind me came 15 minutes late she got to go in when I was 5 minutes late and there policy is if you come 15 minutes late the have to reschule but she got to go in and I couldn’t and horrible service lady at front desk was like you didn’t have an appointment checked oh you have to go home because we only have one physiotherapist in today and they said they will book another appointment but nope waited 20 minutes and they said oh they forgot like what I don’t recommend this place if you book your appointment make sure to record there voice saying you care otherwise they will have a huge fuss about it

I have found the best physiotherapy in Guelph. They truly care and want to help you get better. I am always on time or arrive earlier to be fair to others who have appointments. Thank you so much!

Excellent physio therapist nice friendly staff good prices for those not covered by insurance. Flexible hours available. All the staff has supported me thru my journey of recovery. I wouldn't be as physically and as emotionally well as where I am now.

Very pleasant and effective

This place was okay at first however going through wsib for my sprain wrist, they were suppose to follow up with my doctor and wsib for more physio. The female physio told me she was going to call them , weeks went by never heard from the physiotherapists. I reached out and was told I could pay money for physio while she waits for wsib. The day after she told me that I followed up with WSIB was told Stone Road Physio never sent them anything for more appointments and never communicated to my doctor when they were suppose to. I will never return here again as I cannot believe how they treated my wsib claim on my wrist. Im not the 1st person this happen to as I have talk to multiple people who they done this to. Next time you want to get better or have a wsib claim please dont go to them. I would recommend South City Physio as they were super helpful and communicated through wsib and my doctor the right way. Its not okay to lie to your patients like Stone Road Physio did. Stay far away from them ... Money is all they want and wont treat your wsib claim properly or follow up.
