Mobil 1 Lube Express + Tires & Carwash

Went in for my first time for an oil change as my mechanic who usually does it was unavailable. I was greeted and helped by a guy named Garrison. He was very honest about pricing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done in a timely and affordable fashion! This is probably the first time I’ve gone into a new place, and felt confident that I wasn’t being taken advantage of. Garrison also went above and beyond and checked my brake pads for me and let me know the exact measurements on them, and that I could wait a little bit before having to replace them! I will definitely be back when I need more work done. Thank you for all of your help! I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Garrison!

Exceptional Service and Reasonable Pricing. I had my oil changed and air conditioning serviced by James (what team leadership and knowledge) and staff. All staff looked like hard workers. It wasimpressive the ease of professionalism, confidence and humble manner in which everything was done. I felt like I had my car in the best hands for this service and they even kept a friendly attitude the whole time. Everything was explained to me with all the details. It was so good to see young people working in a team with such fine work ethics, paying attention to detail, clean and organized. Tremendous service. James has great communication and skills beyond his age worth more than noting. This young man deserves a raise and should be training teams of future employees. Wow! I haven't seen this in years.

I love coming here as Adam the manager is very knowledgeable about vehicles and you always leave feeling everything is good. Love talking to him. Today was just a top up service and they do such a good job.

Came in for an oil change, upfront with their pricing. Told me what theuly were going to do and my total bill after taxes before starting work. They had some recommendations, informed me the benefits and let me decide whether or not to go forward with services, even offered a discount! I did go for the tire rotation. They also measured my brake pads, which I already knew they need to be done, they told me how much was left by millimeters and should be done soon. I've been putting them off because I'm too old to be doing them on the ground nowadays, they said they can do them!!! Great, honest service. Oh and I got a free carwash! It's their ultimate wash. Will update on how it cleaned my dirty car... says I have 60 days to use it..

I am very glad that I had my vehicle serviced here. Garrison was very thorough about explaining what I needed to maintain the performance of my Journey.. Along with future recommendations to keep my vehicle running top-notch. After having work done, I was also given a free car wash. I'll definitely continue going back for future work. Thanks again!

Mediocre touchless wash. Bottom of my car was still muddy/dirty after washing. Top half was just ok. Expect a lot more for the Premium ($20) wash.Edit: followed up with the owner's reply and never got a reply. So this review stands because I'm probably never going back.

These guys were super nice and helpful. Super quick and great service….and they were honest. I used to go to my mechanic for my usual oil changes but I’ll be going to these guys from now on. It’s so much more convenient! Make sure to get a coupon w/free car wash online on their website. Speaking of car wash…I’m not sure why everyone is complaining that their cars didn’t get cleaned enough etc…. You can’t expect much from a drive-in car wash. If you want perfection, go where they wash your car by hand. Great place, highly recommend!

It was my first time changing engine oil for this car, and the first time servicing at Mobil 1 lube express as well. The work was done efficiently, professionally and cost effectively when compared to the stealership’s. It costed me less than $300 and twenty-ish minutes for a 3.0 L V6 engine. The manager was very friendly and responsible too so I’ve got to learn both auto and business models from their experience and management. The engine oil they use is also one-of-a-kind, which you can truly rely on without voiding your warranties. It’s beneficial that you will get a coupon for a free auto car wash after all the work which basically saves you another $10-15.

Manager here, I believe his name was Garrison, went above and beyond for me and truly made my day! I showed up just before they closed with tire issues-turns out I had a nail in my tire- but they stayed late and fixed for me and saved my entire weekend! He was very friendly, very helpful and just acted like a gem of a person! I’m sure right at the end of a long day, the last thing he wanted to do was stay late and fix a tire, but like I said, went above and beyond, and did this with a joke and a smile on his face! Thanks for the great experience!

James, Hannan, Ryan are the realOGs. Changed my cabin filter, an oil change, and gear oil. Super dirty filter got changed thanks to Mobil 1 Lube Express on No. 5 Richmond. Usually you’re not allowed to leave the vehicle but I came out on my own accord with the proper safety glasses and steel toe PPE already on because of work. No harm done. We chatted for awhile. James particularly, is very methodical and a good leader/trainer. He helped the team and trained them through the gear oil change. Suggest he be placed as a manager. Hard workers!
