Non retail prices on Funko items which goes agianst funkos fair sale policy. extremely poor box condition and sticker placement. Probably will not shop here agian over the fact the return policys non existence.

I really really love this place however I cannot give it a good review specifically because of the way their card sales are written. If it's written chilling rain & battle styles 4 for 20" this would indicate that I can mix and match. At the till I was told I cannot mix and match which is fine. I explained to the cashier why I thought it was the way it was and told her the signage is confusing. No sorry no apology just continuing to help us like its not an issue. I worked customer service for years I understand the signage is not the cashiers responsibility however it is common to apologize for inconveniencing the customer and I got so mad I had to walk away from till and have my wife finish the transaction. It really sours my experience when the cashiers don't care about any dissatisfaction. If she had even said that she would mention to management about how confusing it can be to those with reading issues or English second language I would have left a lot more satisfied."

I like shopping inside. Price are reasonable, Very Spacious, but I wish there are more game selections.

Well I just bought Funkos at this location.According to their signs if the Funkos are not marked with an specific price they should be 17.99.One of my Funkos is not marked so they charged me double the price for it.Of course they can’t do anything about it in their system.Definitely not helpful and clear. I asked an associate and when I went back to the till they said that they could not respect the price on their signs.Not recommending buying anything from this store.
