Great communication- via phone or email. Friendly and knowledgeable in store staff as well as delivery staff. I will be shopping there again and would recommend them to anyone.

Great local seller. Bought a excellent couch from them and an ottoman. Gave us a great deal on both and delivered the very next weekend. Only down point was wished it arrived in a plastic wrap or box etc. But love the couch so far.

Colin at Ken's Furniture was very helpful and understanding. We had to move our elderly mother in a time sensitive manner. They had everything we required. The bed frame and new mattress were delivered and assembled quickly and efficiently at her new facility. The 2 delivery guys were fantastic! (Sorry I don't remember your names.) Everything went smoothly. I want to thank everyone at Ken's Furniture for their professionalism and assistance during a stressful time. Greatly appreciated!

Our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Black Gold Drive have had such great customer service from the team at Ken’s. We ran into an issue with a commercial washer still under warranty, and not only were they quick to help us troubleshoot, they have helped us out with a loaner in the meantime.They have our loyalty, and we’ll be sure to spread the word to our other Edmonton area clinics.Thank you so much

Sales girl is rude and condescending and does not know what she is doing. Went I to get a quote for a power reclining sofa and chair and she quoted a manual and could not care less. Was not interested in making a sale. Do not recommend.

We recently purchased a refrigerator from Ken's Furniture which was sale priced the same as all the big box stores. The salespeople were wonderful and professional to work with. The two gentleman that delivered the new refrigerator were professional in taking great care installing our new refrigerator in our home and ensuring all was in good condition.

We always choose to support Ken's Furniture in Leduc, even when things are the same price elsewhere, but today I was very disappointed. I called ahead to see if they had a stainless dishwasher that I was looking for and was told they had one in the warehouse. We drove the 45 minutes to get it and were told they didn't have the stainless one after all. No offer to order it in, no apology, just left empty handed and came home and ordered it from Costco. I even mentioned that I preferred to buy it from them, but she was no help, at all. Very disappointed and probably won't be back.
