Booked appointment over phone for a piercing. Quick in and out, most studs on display were actually out of stock. The person who did the piercing was quick, clean and pleasant, walked us though the process and aftercare. Would definitely recommend!

We went in to get our twin girls ears pierced and had the best experience ever! The staff was just so lovely. Jaedyn was just the sweetest and did an amazing job with my girls first piercings. Definitely recommend.

Its a long pending review.. i have used this salon in downtow yonge and bloor excellent service. So, i decided to pierce my daughters ears in this square one location. First had to correct the dots multiple times as it was not in the right location. They r using measurements but still it was off after correcting the dots so many times they pierce one of my daughters ear in downward angle so now it always looks like the earring is going to fall off. Yhe bamck and the front hole is not aligned straight- the back starts higher up and goes downwards.Sure mistakes do happen and i have a way off pierced ear on one side so i wanted to make sure my daughters is right and now its not.Its not negligible mistake coz when i took her to my home country everyone keeps saying of that earring is loose going to fall off.

I brought my 16-month-old to get her ears pierced yesterday. However I was hesitant with the mixed reviews on ear piercing at this location.Jaedyn was our piercer when we arrived. She was confident, knowledgeable, patient and friendly which gave me some reassurance. She did a fantastic job with my daughter’s piercing and centred them perfectly on her ear lobe. I would highly recommend her! Many thanks :)

Got my little girl ears pierced 2 weeks ago. Hina was sweet and friendly she did a decent job however naturally my baby was alarmed and started crying before thr procedure( while she was doing ear marking) and I wisht she would have made tiny bit more effort to help us calm down. I called in because one ear was kind of lower and earring sticking put a bit, they gave me some instructions and said they could look at it if I wanted. I made effort to go in and the infant ear piercer was on break and they they told me to coke back in an hour. I did that and the girl was to busy on her phone, told me the person is not back from break yet and quickly told me to keep cleaning it and coke back in 1-2 weeks. I asked twice to take a look. There werr zero customers the time I went. If you are getting min wage for being on the phone maybe I should apply as well.When I had selected the earrings they told me to chose any I wanted rather than guiding and providing the pros and cons.Wish they had put a bit more effort but every place seems the same. People want to do the bare minimum.

This my go to place for brows! Had my brows waxed and shapes by HINA. She was very lovely and super kind. Great conversationalist and exceptional customer service! Not to mention she did my brows so beautifully. I highly recommend.

Did my daughter’s piercing today. Ayesha was amazing. She has too much of patience. Extremely satisfied with her service. Very nice lady too. Makes you feel at home. Highly recommend her.
