Diamond Taxi is my choice for whenever I need a cab, the dispatchers are very polite and professional, and the drivers are happy to take you anywhere you wish to go! I have had a lot of great experiences with Diamond Taxi! I will recommend this service to anyone I know!

AVOID AT ALL COST. The estimated pick up of 10-15mins took 45minutes. When calling to check in for the ETA the dispatch guy was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Driver while friendly had a heavy thick accent and talked very fast which made him incredibly difficult to understand and communicate our location. We would have been better off hitch hiking but we had an infant in a car seat. 0 stars.

Took a Diamond cab last night from Union Station to Pembroke Inn. 1.8 kms charged $26.00. Complete rip off. Took a different cab from Pembroke Inn to Billy Bishop Airport today 3.7kms, $14.50.

Seat belt was broken. The first cab driver went to the wrong location. The second driver didn't know how to work the card machine. The night supervisor seemed that all these errors were acceptable.When did you get so messed up Diamond Taxi and why did send me a Beck taxi?

A273 Silver Camry with a misaligned rear driver door. Absolutely menace to society. Rash driver doesn’t use turn signals, cuts people off. Just an absolutely disaster waiting to happen. Truly pathetic.

Diamond taxi is the best company in the world. I say this because, it was 5:30am on a Monday morning I was super drunk and was walking in the streets of Toronto. A cab pulled up and asked me if I wanted to go home, I’m like sure can I get a ride for free and they like yes please come inside. As I went in the cab, they offered me a chocolate bar and cold water, I was happily sitting in the back of the cab while they played my favourite music! I love this treatment and they offered me a free ride anytime I called in the future!!!!!!

WARNING! STAY AWAY!! This is a company that does not hold their drivers accountable or responsible. A company filled with employees with a lack of empathy and no level of urgency. My iPhone 12 Pro Max was stolen by Gabrielle Cab#1278. When I called him his reaction was “call the police! You have lots of money buddy!”. When I called dispatch Operator 1053 showed no level of concern or even cared to show empathy. Not sure how she will make it anywhere career wise. Anyhow I am at a loss of $2,000.00 because I wanted to support cabbies over Uber drivers as I myself was once a dispatcher. Never again! As someone who has many friends in the ad agency and multiple avenues with powerful titles. I will be doing everything in my power to shut this one specific taxi company down!

The worst cab company in country… and that’s saying a lot as I live in Toronto and go to Vancouver all the time… but diamond has rudest dispatch and some of dirtiest cabs.. as well as drivers.

Friendly and polite call staff that answer the phone along with excellent drivers that will get you from point A to point B in no time! I highly recommend Diamond Taxi for anyone that needs a taxi in Toronto, I will also be recommending to my friends and family!
