Village Green Dental Care
So the actual dental appointment was amazing and they were fantastic with our kids and made the dentist a fun and safe place 10/10 for the actual medical staff. But When it came to the end dealing with the receptionist she was difficult, had so called “policies “ that didn’t make any sense that I had never heard of and didn’t do anything to help the situation we were having with our insurance details. It was just one road block after another with her. It honestly made the experience horrible as our kids were tired and crying and we ended up having to sort things out for 1/2 hour because of her lack of assistance and kindness. The issue could have been solved simply but wasn’t handled well.

Wow! What exceptional service. From the moment I walked into the door and was greeted by the exceptional admin at the front desk who made me feel welcome and with phenomenal knowledge of how to help me with my dental plan. The hygienist I saw was professional and friendly. The dentists are professionals but with that small town feeling flare. A lovely modern office. I was very grateful for how I was treated with professionalism and kindness. This is a team of people who care from your initial call and beyond. A lovely office and I give it 5 stars. A gem of an office in Kanata.

Village Green Dental Care
I've always felt at ease and peaceful here which is a must for a dentist's office. The entire team is friendly and professional, especially the dental hygienist Harnoop who I highly recommend. There's also occasional reminders through email and text so that I don't forget about appointments made 6 months ago. I've also never faced any hassles with insurance and it was all handled smoothly.

Even though I am quite nervous about going to the dentist, everyone at Village Green Dental Care made me feel at ease! I got an appointment within a week, including a full check-up and a repair by Dr. Cheng. He was very gentle and made sure my repair was just right" before he was done! My cleaning was done by Harnoop and it was literally the best cleaning experience I have ever had - absolutely no discomfort even though I have very sensitive teeth. Harnoop did a great job and was very encouraging and friendly! I would definitely recommend Village Green Dental Care to anyone looking for a new dentist or hygienist."

This was my first visit as a new patient. My hygenist is a wonderful women you took the time to explain everything to me following my exam. Dr. Dan is a very nice caring dentist. I am very happy that my husband and I found this wonderful dental clinic!

Village Green Dental Care
I only keep going back after the change of ownership due to Harnoop - the hygienist who has been providing me with excellent care since 1998.There is nothing wrong with the business, but I found the experience to be more personable when owned by Dr. Baksh. That being said, the tech upgrades are pretty awesome so if you’re looking for a cutting-edge provider, I will recommend without reservation.

I have been going to Village Green for more than 25 years now and they are absolutely amazing. Harnoop has been my hygienist and she is always, friendly, kind and professional. Always takes great care of any concerns. Chris at reception is always friendly, kind and efficient. I have had a few emergencies over the years and she ALWAYS gets me seen in a very timely manner. For someone who has a lot anxiety about dental visits, these people make me feel more at ease. Highly recommend, they are top notch.

Village Green Dental Care
Most of the receptionists are unprofessional; often pushy and dismissive...the only male out of the bunch is honest and doesn't allow others to influence his decisions. They cancel your scheduled appointments whenever they feel like it, they don't tell you. *When I follow up on appointments I've made every few months in advance, I'm told I am not in the schedule.I do enjoy the time spent with the dental hygienists however.

Village Green Dental Care
Had a first ever implant done at Village Green. Good experience from start to finish: Dr. Dan is very professional, knowledgeable and attentive, his assistant and admin stuff are exceptional, new equipment, reasonable prices. They treat you like a human being unlike some other places. I recommend.
