They never respond to your calls, apparently. Once I actually managed to get an appointment, I can't say I really liked the service. The therapist was constantly working with areas different from what I asked, and besides it felt like she doesn't apply enough strength.

I came to Downtime Massage because I didn't feel listened to at other massage places and ended up with terrible massages. I have had massages from 3 different therapists at Downtime Massage, and in each case they took the time to listen to my symptoms and gave me excellent, professional massages custom-fit to my needs.

Everyone here is professional and friendly. The environment is calm and quiet. I have been seeing Julie and she has a good balance of relaxing massage and therapeutic massage. Also I've done a hot stone massage in the winter and I highly recommend it!

Great service, wonderful massage. The workers there are accommodating, and respectful. Doesn't smell like perfumes, since I have an allergy. Due to popularity of it's use by other customers, and sometimes masseuse have left and are short handed, I have stopped going to this place.

Downtime staff are very professional and friendly. The location is super convenient for those in the downtown area. Prices are competitive. Blue Cross Insurance can bill directly. Massage rooms are clean and comfortable. Massage itself was wonderful and thorough. I felt so much better when done. I am a regular customer now.

My massage therapist is named Julie and she is so pleasent and does an great job and makes you feel comfortable. I will definitely be back and I understand why they are so booked! Great place to get a massage and take care of back aches!

Amanda did a WICKED massage today. I try to cherish the massage as it's happening, but always I wish I was more mindful during it. Deep and deliberate glute, head, back, arms, she does it all.On another note, the room is always beautiful; and feels like there is a heated blanket. It is really comforting and the atmosphere is serene.Thanks Amanda&team.The receptionist is also really pleasant and smiling. That makes a HUGE difference to a business. Way to go.
