The sales process with Daniel was thorough and professional. The install team, Justin and Gavin, did a great job. Friendly and professional. Happy with the AC, felt the house start cooling down the minute it turned it on. However, there were a number of infractions on the inspection. Now concerned about what I paid a lot of money for.

Everything from the initial contact to the quote to the installation was very professional and quick.Cory provided a quote immediately on his 1st visit.Once accepted the install date was also within 2 weeks. No other company provided an immediate quote also their instal dates were at least a month or more out.Matt and his team for the installation were very knowledgeable, helpful and also respectful as I was working from home during the installation.Highly recommend from start to finish their service was top notch!!

Our furnace broke on the weekend when it was -27 C. They were very quick to come out to our place to investigate and had a new furnace installed for us in no time.Justin and the woman he was working with (I forget her name!) were excellent. Extremely professional, friendly, efficient. They did a great job installing our furnace and showing us how to use the new thermostat.Aaron and Kyle were out at our place too and were excellent to deal with.We would recommend this company to anyone. Very happy with our experience.

Legacy was fast to come and provide a quote, and fast to have the unit installed. The two persons crew that came to install the A/C unit were quick, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend to family and friends in the future.

Great service! They came within a couple of hours and Karl spent a good amount of time inspecting and advising us on our older furnace. He gave some great advice and the fee was really reasonable. Highly recommend!

We just had recently had a new Ac unit, HW on demand and water softeners put in. The sales rep Peter was very informative and answered all our questions. The two gentleman that were here installing were professional and did a really nice job. I would highly recommend these guys!!!

Just had our AC installed in our home by Matthew and Nathan, they are very nice and super professional. Looking for a new furnace and/or Air Conditioner? Call Legacy! Joe the Sales representative really knew his stuff! He went through all the options and explained everything in detail. Drew pictures, and left us with printed quotes and brochures. Returned all our phone calls within a timely manner, answering further questions and got the paper work processed quickly. The girls in the office (Tanya and Stephanie) helped with the financing and got us an installation date in less than a week. Our daughter (whose family lives with us) was due any day with their second child and they made special arrangements to get everything installed before the new addition's arrival. Our installers (Justin and Raman) arrived on schedule. Went over the entire process and stayed to complete the job in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained how everything works and answered all our questions. They were extremely sensitive to our Grandson's (2 year old) sleep schedule and did all the noisy work while he was awake. They continued to go above and beyond even after the job was finished by registering our new products with the manufacturer. Will continue to contact them for future services.

The two installation techs that installed our AC unit were fantastic. We live in a small condo, so routing all the piping was not the easiest, but they exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this company. Thank you!!

Pressure less salesman, knew the equipment and the work that goes into installs. Installers were gems. Very personable, professional, quick and efficient. Extremely easy process from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
