Burger was delicious, fries were cold , staff was fairly friendly and building was pretty clean . Overall a 8/10 experience.

There's an older lady with short white hair thats there everytime I go and I cross my fingers hoping she won't be serving me. She's incredibly rude and the food is terribly prepared everytime she makes it. Also the kitchen is pretty dirty.

I waited in line for 5 minutes, nobody was there when I arrived and I was served when it was lined up to the door. Food was mediocre at best, I had to pick what was on my angus burger? Usually you pick what you don't want at these places no? it's not subway? Service was questionable, no happiness from any of the workers I could feel the stress and I don't think I've had a worse poutine anywhere else. Nevermind the hard time to understand what they say or the disrespectful customers. This was my first time at a Harvey's but I don't think three people are up to the task of the work this place receives nor do I see myself ever going there again. The cracked window on the front door really can't help the energy either.

Just not worth it. Honestly it used to be better but the service I received today (Feb 23, 2022) was terrible. Not only did I wait over 10 minutes for someone to say anything to me (no one else in the store) but the two salads I ordered to go, had no customization or even salad dressing. Seriously, I regret coming here. I added a star to make it two because it wasn't always this terrible.

This place is a joke. People don't know the smallest understanding of providing a service to a client. I ordered online to avoid the lineup because we had a 9 month baby. I came on time for pickup and I had to wait for 30 min! The guys didn't even seem to care about me asking them where's my order! To add insult to injury they mess up my order. Never going back there any more.

Lady who took our order was also making our food, I watched her multiple times touch the till and then touch our food with no gloves or hand washing. She even at one point stuck her hands into the garbage can to push it down,then rubbed her mouth and bagged our food right after. Again no hand washing or gloves. My boyfriend has been sick to his stomach since eating his food. The other staff were extremely rude and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. Will never be back to this location.

The bathroom appeared clean but smelled horribly of urine. Most of the fluorescent bulbs were unlit. The thermostat was turned off. The food was as consistent as always across many locations.

This is by far the best fast food place in town. The food is consistently good, and always served fresh and hot. The staff is just the best. They are fast, polite and efficient. The manager of this Harvey's location is friendly and always asks the customers how they are and how is their meal. The restaurant is always very clean. We love it there.

Harvey's is always an interesting choice. I understand why some people don't like it, but I'm a fan as far as chain restaurants go.They have the 2nd best apple pie, very crunch hot pocket. It's just missing the excessive coating of cinnamon and sugar of A&W.As far as fast food restaurant veggie burgers go, theirs is easily the closest in taste and feel to their meat patty. I can't tell the difference. I always get the Litelife burger. If you like Harvey's, you'll like the Litelife burger.
