A wonderful little boutique in the heart of Steveston. They have a beautiful collection of lingerie and sleepwear, and the staff is always so kind and very helpful. I recently ordered Christmas gifts and was floored by how beautifully they were wrapped!And a shout out to their wonderful customer service: a few months back I took my 93 year old grandma in one day and they went the distance trying to understand the very specific item she was looking for and, when they didn't have it, they even suggested another business that might.

I found this shop online, and made a purchase via their website … but let me tell you about their customer service! I made an error when I ordered, and received the wrong item. They were AMAZINGLY accommodating when I contacted them. They took back the item with no difficulty, and as soon as they had my mistake in their hands they sent out the item I really wanted … no issues at all! All correspondence was friendly … it was amazing! Usually making returns with online orders is difficult, and sometimes impossible, but this group of ladies was WONDERFUL.

I had my first proper bra fitting at Bare Basics and it went very well. I felt completely comfortable and they provided plenty of assistance and options to choose from. In my opinion, I found the bras reasonably priced due to their great quality but still, in comparison to bras at Victoria's Secret etc, they are quite pricey ($100+).

Fabulous customer service. I needed a post operation bra for breast reduction. After spending many frustrating hours trying to find a local source, I came across Bare Basics in Steveson. After the staff found the size I needed they called around to other medical supply sources to see if I could find one closer as I live in New West. How many businesses put the needs of their customer over theirs? I will be a devoted customer!

My sisters, mum, and I LOVE this shop! The fit of everything purchased there is impeccable. The quality is fantastic. The staff is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. We always find ourselves going back. Hands down, this is my favourite store in Steveston!

I can't say enough about Nicole and the BB team! I searched high and low for a particular sleepwear set that I couldn't find anywhere in the US, but located the only existing size left in North America that I needed on Bare Basics Lingerie Boutique's web site. I had trouble ordering, using my United States address, so I contacted BB's support, and was delighted that Nicole not only replied in a very speedy fashion, but was able to quickly resolve the ordering issue. She couldn't have been more of a joy to work with. I highly recommend Bare Basics Lingerie Boutique, for high quality items, fast shipping (yes, even to the United States!), and service with a smile.
