Grounded Doula Services

Keri is an amazing support! She helped me stay moving after I changed my mind on not wanting an epidural. Keri kept me positive and laughing, we shared stories and photos of pets (the Dr even showed us his!). Keri came in to relieve my first Doula as I had a LONG induction, my body was not cooperating. Since I didn't have any other support people with me Keri was the one that took the first phots of my daughter, shared what was going on with my family and cuddled with my little one until I was able to. I am so greatful for all her support! A vaginal delivery wasn't in the cards for me and my daughter, but Keri stuck with us when we changed plans and help me stay positive! Thank you!

Having Keri on my birth team was the best decision I've made. I would have never been able to to have a VBAC without her. She was so supportive, patient, caring and advocating.After the delivery, I couldn't wait for her post-partum visit. I totally recommend her!

Keri was my doula back in February when we welcomed our son. Due to Covid my partner stayed home with my oldest and Keri came with me to my induction. She is seriously so organized, so intuitive and educated with this line of work. She talked me through every choice and decision before hand and helped me make the best choices for me and my son. My birth wouldn’t have been as positive and amazing without her. I am honestly so thankful I had her apart of my journey as my doula. I have had Keri come a few times since my sons birth to help out as a postpartum doula and she’s been nothing but amazing. Very helpful with doing light house chores, prepping our supper, helping me with my two kids she is so great with the babies and older children too she always helped my toddler feel included and he always had the biggest smile on his face when she was around! Thank you so much Keri for all you have done! I am so blessed to have met you and to have had you as my doula! I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a doula ❤️

Keri was so helpful throughout our pregnancy and birth, we ended up having a unplanned tummy birth but she was there throughout the 27hrs of labour in the hospital. She helped coach me and kept me motivated to support my wife through a 37 hour labour process, it was very emotional and i can't say enough how happy i was with her. She stayed awake throughout 25 hrs with minimal breaks and food, i was dealing with a really bad si nerve after tearing multiple ligaments in my lower back just before labour began and she was really supportive and kept me focused on my task at hand. I would 100% recommend her to anyone whether they want to birth at home or hospital i would feel compfortable having her by myside any day of the week.

Keri was phenomenal during the birth of our second boy. A super calming influence in the room and very caring towards both mom and dad. She made our experience prior to birth, during birth, and after completely amazing. Keri, please bring more fans with your next client!!

Keri has been such a blessing to our family post-partum. Sometimes I need her to help me get things done like laundry or dishes, but most of the time I miss doing those things and just need her to keep my toddler happy so I can be with my baby or get work done. My son absolutely loves playing with her and always asks when she’s coming back. I would TOTALLY recommend Keri to any mama at any stage of their journey who needs a smile and a helping hand. We’re 4 months into this post partum life and I am so grateful I have Keri to help us when we need it ❤️

Keri is such a lovely person, her energy is so welcoming and soothing for the whole family. We used Keri’s services as both an overnight doula, as well as some daytime assistance with our “big” kids (3 and 5). Sleep and is so hard to come by in early postpartum, and Keri put me at ease that our little one would be in good hands while I got some shut eye. Waking up to fresh muffins and prepared meals was also a nice bonus! I would definitely recommend her services.

I hired Keri to be my birth doula.. She was awesome during my pregnancy and everything. I ended with a planned C section. What I paid turned into Overnight visits. Everything went well. After that I asked her to come back many times and she said she wasn't available. I asked her a few weeks ago to help me out even though I am 10 months PP i needed someone to watch my son due to a death in the family (i was 9 months PP then) she texted me back saying we are not the right fit" I did NOTHING wrong.Luckily I know another Doula and she could help me out and has been ever since Keri stopped agreeing to watch my son. Thought I could count on her. Obviously I can't so just beware that after you gone through many months building a relationship with her and after she's done her duties with your contract she can and will just leave you hanging if she doesn't like you. . This is no way to run a business."

Kerri was an awesome doula and individual to add to my birth team. She had lots of tools" in her bag of goodies to make my birthing experience more comfortable. The warm tea/string lights

Keri was excellent during my labour experience. My partner, midwives and I only have good things to say about her.She helped immensely during my contractions and pushing by using different pain management techniques. I believe she played a crucial role in having the successful home birth that we wanted.Thank you Keri!
