Arno has the best French pastry cafe in Alberta!! His croissants are better than the ones you find in France and are always the perfect way to sit back and relax in his cozy, Parisian cafe. The atmosphere is amazing and very authentic with the French conversation you can have with Arno himself - the kindest, most genuine person! Will forever be coming here, highly recommend 10/10!!

Highly recommend!! Ordered this beautiful fruit tart for my birthday over the phone with Arno and he was so friendly and had it ready for the following day with no problem. It was absolutely delicious, the best fruit tart I’ve ever had. The fruit was fresh, the cream was so fresh and tasty and the crust was soft yet crispy. We also tried their croissants and coffee at the cafe and everything was so so so good!! Can’t wait to come back.

This is NOT a croissant, despite the owner insisting that it is.It was a soggy mess with no texture and no layers.The almond paste filling was the only thing that could be tasted.When asked for a refund, the owner refused.For a pastry item that cost $5.60, it was an absolute ridicule of French bakery.Duchess, Brio, and even Bonton makes better croissants than this place.

My daughter's and my favorite cafe to go in the city! Arno truly has the best croissants and environment than any other place. We love coming here and adding a touch of French culture to our day!

I feel like I should keep this secret to myself. Arno's is a little hidden gem on the west outskirts of Edmonton's downtown. It's a tiny cute little space where inside some of the best French baking deliciousness can be found. As well, if you ever need any espresso drinks in a pinch, this is a super spot. The best kept secret is they have parking on the side of the building in this busy area of town. For those that speak French, they are also very conversant en Francais and so it adds to the vibrancy of this space.

Arno’s is an incredible café located just off of Jasper Ave. It is really warm and intimate and has tons to offer.We purchased a mousse petite gateau to go and were blown away with how incredible it was. The macaron on top was also the best we have ever had. En prime, le personnel parle français ! Excellent et rare en Edmonton.

I ordered a tuna sandwich and lemon meringue tart and was very happy with both! The bread was very fresh and I still dream of the tart. Our service was warm and friendly. Will definitely be back!

The Chou A La Crème was delicious! Definitely a very cute shop with lots of great desserts! The owner was very friendly and it’s a great, little shop in Oliver.

Visited on Wednesday with my sister, I had the quiche and she had a Ham pastry. We also had a Mocha and Chai latte. Everything was delicious, a real gem of a place.

Just finished a lovely lunch at Arno’s. My tuna sandwich was creamy and delicious and contrasted well with the lightly toasted bread.My husband enjoyed the smoked salmon bagel which was most satisfying!Excellent service and food. We are so lucky to have a real French pastry shop and cafe in Edmonton! My family always orders our birthday cakes from here, my favourite is the decadent Gateau Royale (if you love chocolate and hazelnuts it’s a must try!)
