The staff were nice enough however it is confusing to be coached about weight loss when all but one support persons are overweight themselves and at least one was not following the plan. Does not instil confidence. This diet didn’t work for me, other than the 1st two weeks, felt very Unwell on it and my digestive system was not working going from constipation to diarrhea. I tried to stick it out and follow the plan but in the end things didn’t improve. I did the plan for two months. At one point for a couple of weeks I was stressed for personal reasons and couldn’t eat but things settled down and I was still not feeling well although I was able to follow the plan. I’m not sure why I wasn’t well other than higher protein doesn’t agree with me. My concerns seemed to be ignored and no solution that helped. A lot of excuses that apparently were my fault. There are a lot of additional costs for supplements and EWYN products which are highly recommended. I don’t know if seeing and weighing 3 times a week is necessary. The one male on the team seems very good, he’s normal weight, had good suggestions and ensured the scales were calibrated. I inly had him a couple of times. The others were ok. Mostly I consulted with a new person but sometimes others would jump in and try to provide additional support There seems to be good reviews so my bad experience could be an anomaly.
