I would highly recommend going to a mass clinic and avoid going here if you want to be better informed during the vaccination process.I received my 2nd COVID Vaccination dose here. I wasn’t impressed with how I was treated, especially as a pregnant person of colour. The pharmacist, Sally B, asked for my card and since we recently moved to Ottawa and only had temporary driver’s license and OHIP documents, I offered to give her these documents but she didn’t take any documentation and she said she has everything (basically the information that I sent through the online booking system). Okay, fair enough. My appointment was from 9:00-9:10am and I was only received at 9:05am. By 9:10am she came back and asked me to follow her to the back for the vaccine, I can with the sheet. She said, “Oh you didn’t sign? Sigh” and I said, “I read through the information but you didn’t say where to sign.” To be fair, I read this information last night and had already consented to all the information. The only areas that weren’t signed were the parts of the document where the Pharmacist is supposed to fill out and sign. She said to sign beside my name and at the end of the document and disappeared for another 2 minutes. It took me 2 seconds to sign and I had to say, “I’m front signing” before she came back. I figured she was busy and as a woman of colour herself running her pharmacy I would be forgiving and not complain about how I was being treated, feeling dismissed and brushed aside. She spoke briefly and administered the vaccination, which took less than 30 seconds, and told me she would print the receipt and to wait in the front for the receipt. I waited for my vaccination record and my name was called. She was also serving another client, so she gave her a paper document and placed mine on the counter without meeting me there. After placing my vaccination record on the counter, she said I could leave and was already walking away. So I said thank you and walked out of the clinic to wait for my ride (since there was not parking to begin with and had planned that my partner would drop me off and pick me up to avoid any issues with parking). As I read through the vaccination document, it said, “Please remain on the premises for the next 15 minutes for observation. You are free to leave the vaccination clinic at 9:30am.” It was only 9:20am so I decided to go back to the clinic and sit while I was waiting for my ride. Sally B saw that I was in the waiting room and called out to me, “You have your vaccination, you can leave!” And I responded, “It says on the document to stay until 9:30am. I would like to follow the rules.” As a pregnant person, it is important that if I experience any anaphylactic reactions or any reactions following vaccine, that they have the means to take care of this, they have the facilities equipped for this. By 9:30am I decided to speak to the pharmacist myself about how I was treated during this whole experience. I am not asking to be catered hand and foot but please, treat me as a human! Especially as a pregnant person where my health can be very vulnerable. Sally B was rude and dismissive, mis-stating that she informed me of all the instructions needed following the vaccination, and I assured her she did not and that I didn’t appreciate being dismissed. I of course thanked her for the vaccine and for the service because I understand she is a front line worker who is probably under a lot of stress with her job and whatever she is going through with running her pharmacy, which is why I confronted her. I was simply speaking from my experience and not wanting to escalate the situation because, we are in this together and can we just be nice to each other during some of these difficult times, we don’t need to make things more difficult. She responded with a rude and annoyed sounding thank you, and I was on my way. I am glad that I received my second vaccination but I would highly recommend going to a mass clinic and avoid going here if you want to be better informed during the vaccination process.]

WOULD NOT recommend this place for the reason of price gouging. Taking advantage of people and selling a 236ml bottle of hand sanitizer for 13$ when it would normally cost $5 at most. They also inflated the price on their masks. Despicable.
