I want to express my thanks and gratitude to Dr. Shaat, his assistant, Susan, and the rest of the staff. My son has severe phobias, and they took the time to talk to him and find out what his fears were about, they explained to him, every step of the way what he would feel and hear, and they answered each of his questions. Not once did they rush him or push him to just get on with it, even though it took more time than would normally be required (they actually scheduled in extra time just to be sure that the next patient would not be delayed). Because of the great care, compassion, patience and kindness that they demonstrated, my son was finally able to have his procedure done (without sedation!!!!!!!). I give the highest recommendation possible for Dr. Shaat and his staff.

Dr. Diamandis and the staff at Montreal West Dentistry were absolutely fantastic! They explained the procedures clearly to me, were very gentle and professional. I will definitely be going back for all my dentistry needs!

Dr. Shaat and his team went above and beyond for my son before the World Irish Dance Championships! 9 days before the Championships he had an accident in the playground at school and broke two of his front teeth. Dr. Shaat's team kindly made an emergency appointment for him that day and accommodated us to make sure that his teeth we perfect before the big day.

Went here for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. Receptionists were very nice and the service I received was quick and painless. Will be going back!

I had a wonderful dentist in Los Angeles for 10 years which set a certain standard for me. Montreal West Dentistry meets that standard for sure. The team there is top notch and has been doing a great job for me for almost another 10 years! Great dentist!

I went to this clinic today and I have to say that their Covid protocols are very well in place and I think it’s a really good thing. The staff are so friendly, they made me feel very appreciated and also took the anxiety out of dental exams which let’s face it aren’t the most fun thing in the world. The hygienist and the doctor were excellent, very thorough and took their time to explain things to me. I really liked this clinic, so much so in fact I will register my son with them next week for his annual checkups and cleanings. Thank you for being so amazing it truly is hard to find such a wonderful group of professionals in this day and age!

Today, I had my first dental procedure with Dr. Shaat and he is absolutely wonderful. I arrived very anxious and both he and Shymah at reception put me at ease. It is the first time that I have no anxiety while undergoing a dental procedure. Dr. Shaat is very delicate when working on your teeth/mouth and he explains every step of the procedure which I really appreciated. The receptionists and staff are very kind, thoughtful and pleasant. Who ever thought that getting dental work would feel like a warm hug?!

Awesome dentists and assistants and secretarial staff. All patient, professional and polite. I have an appointment with them Monday!! Excited to get my wisdom teeth pulled :0

I first visited Montreal West Dentistry on a rainy, very gloomy day. This seemed very appropriate as the weather matched how I was feeling. Even though I had been reading wonderful things about the clinic, visiting a new place for the very first time was enough to make me feel nervous. But the biggest reason for feeling a tad anxious, even sad, was that I had been putting off seeing a dentist because of the pandemic for way too long and was slightly worried about the state of my teeth.But already stepping inside the clinic was like seeing a ray of sunshine. The clinic alone is very cozy - and I definitely never thought I would use that word to describe a dentist's office. But what's more important, the staff is professional, friendly, and just super lovely. And I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Shaat. He is definitely really good at what he does - not only is he a pro when it comes to doing the actual work on your teeth, he is also encouraging, compassionate, and straightforward in the most positive of ways. I also really appreciate him and his team explaining what's going on and explaining why and how something is/was done (I'm a geek, so I am interested in all these details). I feel like they are on my side and that's a nice feeling indeed!Also, I appreciate how the clinic implements their COVID protocols. 5 stars for that as well.I've definitely been very happy about having found Montreal West Dentistry and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Shaat and his team to anyone looking for a good dentist. Thanks to them I feel much better about my teeth and even the gloomy, rainy days now look so much brighter.
