I was excited to find a company that delivers to the Coast, unfortunately my items were not delivered as promised. I arranged to have two heavy carpets picked up and delivered. Twice I told this company that they would need two strong individuals to pick up the carpets. Not only did they show up a day after they originally quoted, but they sent a single person to pick up. I guess they decided it wasn't worth their time and effort to go back with a second person and they simple told me they would not deliver. Very disappointed. I would not trust this company to deliver.

*UPDATE 5/5 as of Jan 2022. It has been such a relief to get our newborn her forumla delivered to our doorstep no hassle even though we're all the way out on Bowen Island.3/5 Driver left the baby clothes I ordered on-top of our van at bottom of driveway in the pouring rain

These people are couriers for UPS. The package may be picked up but does not leave their warehouse until the next day. We live on the Sunshine Coast and feel as though we have no options. Sprinter is difficult to get in touch with and are not very helpful.

I’ve been waiting for a delivery on Bowen Island. They received my package from UPS on the 12 supposed to be delivered on the 16. Nope. Contact the office and I’m told it’s on truck and on Island and will be delivered that day. Still waiting. I would not recommend this company

Poorly managed company. Rarely takes the time to communicate to both customers and employees. The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because their lower level staff are not the problem, they work hard and are treated unfairly a lot of the time. I would not recommend this company solely on response time.

Ordered an item from the US Dec 3 2019, which was shipped UPS, it arrived at Sprinter Dec 12, and they called me to pay the customs fees. I asked if they could send a payment link to my email since I was on the road, they sent an email with a tracking number. So we called them Dec 16 and gave them our credit card info to pay the duties/taxes. (It's 2020 by the way, and they are still taking down credit card info over the phone)On Jan 7 I needed the item in question and realized the package hasn't arrived yet, so I gave them a call with the tracking number saying I need this asap.They said they would look into it and call back that day, if not then definitely the next day. Now it's 3 days later, Jan 10 they are closed for the weekend and no word from them. Pretty bad service. They should consider a name change or learn what the word sprint means.

Phoned and emailed this company regarding a missing parcel. The only reply I got was they will check with the driver. Never heard back!Great PR ......Not!
