Red Kayak flooring were amazing to work with. From the first contact to all my “oh and another thing” texts, Bobby- Jo felt like an old friend rather than a stranger I found on the internet. Mark’s expertise on all things flooring was much appreciated. All their employees were polite and professional. Our new flooring looks almost as great as Bobby-Jo and Mark do cruising around town on their e-bikes.

We just had Red Kayak install our new laminate flooring in the upper level of our home, the entry landing and the stairs leading to the basement. Abhi did a beautiful job! I'm sure there were tons of intricate cuts, lots of angles and obstructions. We couldn't be happier! The floor looks amazing, and it feels like we live in a brand-new home. Mark , Bobbi-Jo, Gus and Zane were great to work with! We redid our entire upper level (1050 sq feet) with vinyl plank. Beautiful flooring, workmanship was exacting, and they vacuumed every day before they left, plus removed all debris. Price was competitive with 2 other quotes we received. Selected Red Kayak based on a couple of references and are not disappointed.

They removed the existing carpet and installed wooden flooring. The quality of the product was excellent and the service was helpful, prompt and professional. They were a pleasure to deal with...friendly and polite. From the moment we left our house after removing all the knick-knacks to the moment we moved back in 4 days later, everything was A+.
