Terrible experience. I agree, with the other poor reviews. The woman that I encountered was so rude and condescending. The lady with the purple hair is always pleasant, but stay away from the other woman.

Had such a good experience at this store. This is not my neighborhood so I ran into this local pet food store to switch up my puppies food as he stopped eating his current food. KAT was so helpful in explaining all the different brands. She gave me great tips to get him to eat and even sent us home with goodies for him!

I would put 0 stars if possible. This was the WORST customer service I have ever received. I came into the store hoping to buy my dog a new winter jacket. At first the staff was friendly helping me choose a jacket. My dog was obviously excited to be in the store and was not staying still for me to put on the jacket. When I put on the jacket the staff informed me that I was putting on the jacket the wrong way. When I tried to put the jacket on a different way, the staff began to yell at me saying that I’m putting the jacket on the wrong way to watch what I was doing and that it’s not rocket science to put on a dog jacket. She was yelling and being extremely rude to me in the store. I told her that she was being very rude and she rolled her eyes and said sorry. When I was leaving the store I asked the cashier (who was actually very nice, helpful, and apologizing for what had happened with the other staff) what had happened why she was so rude and what I could do about it is, is there a manager I could speak to? The staff informed me that the woman who was helping me was in fact the OWNER of the store. To say I was Shocked is an understatement. I asked if I could call head office and if there’s anyone else I could speak to. The owner overheard what I was saying, and said there’s nothing you can do, I own the store, and you need to talk to me. I said very calmly that you’re being very rude to me and I don’t like the way that you’re talking to me. She said OK whatever bye have a good day. I have never been so rudely mistreated in my life. I can say with 100% certainty that I was never rude to this woman, I am certain she suffers from deep mental health issues, because there is no other reason to treat humans this way at your own store. I will not be returning here, and I would never recommend the store to anyone.To the owner; when you do read this I hope you know that you made a big mistake being rude to me, and believe me when I say I will go to the end of the world to ensure that less people shop at your store because you do not deserve customers. To all the customers, please save your money and shop somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

I bought a big bag of the N&D dog food (cod version) on the recommendation of my vet who said my particular breed should not be fed chicken. Unfortunately my dog did not take a liking to it at all and it sat there for a while. Although Global Pet foods has an awesome return/exchange policy of 30 days i believe, I was not able to find time because of my schedule. It was a little past the 30 days and I did not keep the receipt either so I was prepared to fully donate the bag back to the store who then gives it to the local shelter. Chris was able to track down my receipt in the system as I'm a regular customer and still exchanged it for me. The N&D company is one of their more expensive brands due to the quality, so although it was completely my fault for not bringing it back in time, i was very much upset at myself. Completely changed my day for the better. Thanks Chris, very much appreciated and keep up the great customer service!!
