Sandy Shores Resort
While my wife and I were doing some retirement planning we found Sandy Shores website. After reviewing the extensive and informative website we decided to see it in person. Rauncie returned our call immediately and made herself available for us to visit, meet with her and answer all questions. After reviewing the communities amenities and the near future plans we bought a lot. There is already a water treatment plant providing quality drinking water. Both water and electrical infrastructure are in place to the property line. The development is VERY well thought out.If you are considering lake life in Saskatchewan you would be making an error if you did not call Rauncie and consider Sandy Shores.

It's been amazing to watch this community develop. Rauncie has big ideas and gets them done! We stay at the family cabin for a couple weeks in the summer; the kids love lake life" with their cousins and new lake friends

Very nice lots and places being built within this area, only thing is came to find there are some stuck up people within area. Might’ve just been my luck.

We were looking for a lakefront property and discovered Sandy Shores Resort. From the first time we drove in we fell in love with the area. We have since bought a lakefront lot and built a cabin and took possession this year. The views are gorgeous, the trails around the community provide great walking space, the marina is now under construction and future plans look great. A friendly community that we are happy to be a part of!

We walked into a perfect turn key cabin for us & have been enjoying the expansive community growth & development.The community development association is doing amazing work offering many amenities to those whom are seasonal or wishing permanent residency at Sandy Shores.Rauncie Kinnaird is committed to the continued growth of the vision of Sandy Shores & it has been a pleasure to not only meet her but get to know her.Beautiful walking paths, amazing playground & sport court, upgraded beach areas & a marina in development! Every age has been considered within this development - remarkable.
