GIGS Handyman services

Gigs helped with remodeling of our cabin, which had the popcorn ceiling that was ever so fashionable decades ago. We also had very visible seams in the drywall that needed attention. Gigs sanded the ceiling, replaced some of the sheetrock, mudded and sprayed the sheetrock so that it looked beautiful. Along the journey, Gigs provided multiple suggestions for consideration and brought to our attention some other items that we failed to notice.Thanks Gigs!Maureen S.

Gigs handyman did a nice job insulating my freezing cold walk-in closet. They were personable, clean, and helped me with cost saving options. My closet is a much more comfortable space, and heat isn't going out through the wall and roof anymore.

Above and BeyondAs new homeowners we were looking for a handyman to advice us on a project. The project involved taking down a drop ceiling and insulating the space.We went on the internet and found Gigs Handyman Services. We spoke to Mr. Brian and explained our task. He came over and upon evaluating the task at hand, he noticed that previous work that had been done on the house prior to us purchasing the home was not up to code. With a level of concern unseen by us before , Mr. Brian jumped into action and asked if he could see our inspection report, just to see if what he was concerned about was documented. IT DID NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . Mr. Brian was very disappointed and asked to see other parts of the home and we agreed. When Mr. Brian completed the walk through it was determined that the upstairs attic was missing structural items such as : The roof header beam as well as load beams that support the roof.The next thing was the kitchen: The floor that divides the kitchen and the dinning room had a dip to it which let Mr. Brian know to check the basement. So on to the basement: He found that there were support beams that were either missing or not joined together properly to support the floors. As passionate as Mr. Brian was to help correct some of the issues. He let us know that he was not a licensed contractor, but he would directed us to possible individuals who can help us. For all of his time and effort Mr. Brian didn’t charge us for his services.There are so many things that we know now that we didn’t before.Thank you Mr. Brian for going Above and Beyond .
