the 3 stars is for Dennis, who was the one that checked the exterior/ interior of my car. He was very courteous, called me twice to double check on the appointment and confirmed he was coming over as a heads up. I was nervous getting service done after a phone call with an impatient representative. He sounded like he hated his job and was in a hurry to go to the washroom or something, just doesn't know anything about good customer service. 2 stars off from that. I know AutoVin hasn't been getting great reviews, had the car service been terrible as well, this would've been altogether 1 star but Dennis saved it, so thank you!

Just received a call to book an appointment... as others said, the guy basically hang up on me half way my sentence..Why would a company want to save on a few more seconds on the phone? lol. Might as well replace them with robo calls or AI"."

My experience with Michael was terrible; he was a Mr. know it all kinda guy. He listed things on the report that are not even wear and tear issues just to show Mercedes that AUTOVIN is worth hiring because he could not find anything significant on the vehicle; he identified condensation on the headlight which is not a wear and tear issue but, if anything, a manufacturing defect, if that; condensation is a normal phenomenon and I had just washed the car to help with the inspection not knowing it will. backfire lol the condensation is now gone and cannot be seen and the worse part is that, he put a price tag of 2,150 $ for each of them (total of 4,300 $) of damages that apparently is not covered by the First Class Lease Protection which has a limit of 7,500 $ but limits at 1,500 $ per incident....these exclusions I tell you....anyways, no transparency or breakdown on how he arrived at that number for the headlight and worse, the issue is not even there anymore! All the vehicle brands should stop using these yahoos at AUTOVIN for their Lease End inspections. These guys are incompetent and know nothing about Customer Service. I wish I could put negative stars which is what they deserve.

I had an appointment booked for a 4 hour window of 8 am to 12 pm on December 30th, the appointment had been booked over the phone the previous week. When they hadn't shown up, at 11:45 am I called the company and was told the computer" cancelled the appointment and of course the "computer' never notified me of the cancellation. The person I spoke to did not apologize

dealer must keep this company away from their customers. The worst on the market.

I saw all the negative reviews regarding their service so I was very nervous for them to inspect my car. However, I had a fantastic experience! He texted me about an hour before letting me know he was on his way and then called me when he was 25mins away. He was very thorough and diligent with his inspection but also incredibly friendly.

I had an appointment schedule for today 9-1pm. The inspector never showed up and wasted 3 hours of my time. I took time off from work to have this done. They keep telling their service is SOOOO Convenient. How is it convenient if you make your clients wait 3 hours and never show up.I reschedule with the supervisor, Leroy, and sent me the wrong date. That's 2 strikes in one day.Terrible experience. I want to give them -5 stars.

My experience booking with Noel was poor. He was generally recalcitrant and refused to answer my questions. I hope the people that do the inspection are happier with their life.

Same as the multiple reviews below. Had an appointment for today from 8am-10am. Have received both email and text confirmation for it. No show. I call customer service they deny having any appointment for me. Very rude customer service and not even an apology for the inconvenience.Had to reschedule for a couple of days after.

I had my appointment set when I wanted it. We received an email confirming the appointment immediately and a reminder email the day before. We received an email half an hour prior to the inspectors arrival. He was scheduled between 8 and noon and arrived shortly after 9. He was polite, friendly and professional. It could not have been a better experience.
