Captain's Barber Chair
A few days ago, I dropped in to Captain's Barber Chair without an appointment. I was greeted by Bailey, the owner of the shop. She could not have been nicer. She was very friendly and chatty, making the whole experience very pleasant. She listened attentively to my request, and did a great job. The result was approved by my wife, and that is a very high standard. I recommend Bailey and Captain's Barber Chair highly.Please note: cash is best. She was not set up for debit card transactions.

Captain's Barber Chair
This place is amazing! In a world where a haircut can run you $37 before tip, this barber is fairly priced, $25 before tip, for a simple mens cut. Bailey will take such good care of you and is always professional. I would definitely recommend going out to see her!

Captain's Barber Chair
I have been a customer since moving here in mid-2021, after going to another local shop and being quite disappointed in a poorly-executed fade. Bailey's skill is second-to-none. Every time she cuts my hair, I marvel at the precision of her work, and also at how fast she does it. Friends and colleagues notice too, always complimenting me on the quality of my haircut. Bailey is friendly and funny, making for a perfect customer experience. One visit and you will be back!

This place is incredible and not just because I have a crush on Bailey!The atmosphere is relaxing and warm and it always feels like home here. The attention and level of detail is outstanding. The conversation is lively and engaging while getting your cut and it puts you at ease and relaxed.This place is a standout and amazing. Bailey is the only person I let cut and style my hair and you should adopt the same policy. Great cut, great price, and a great experience all from the BEST person around. I wasn't going anywhere else to get my COVID hair under control and neither should you.Make sure you call ahead to make an appointment, as COVID public health restrictions do not allow walk ins.

This review is long overdue as I’ve been taking my boys to Bailey for at least 5 years and she is nothing short of an amazing barber as well as a genuine and kind person. For the last 3 years we have made the drive from Ottawa to Smith's Falls for their cuts. Not only does Bailey have unbelievable talent when it comes to cutting and styling hair, she is amazing with kids and teens. Along with being a hard worker and commitment to her community - her customer service is unbelievable. You won’t be disappointed if you book a cut with her.

I have been taking my kids to Bailey for years now. I can tell you that she provides the best quality haircut in the region. She is masterfully skilled at her craft and there is no haircut she can't do.
