Brian Elite Garag Door

Update:2 months in and I just spent the better part of a day putting my garage door back together after one of the cable pullies slipped on the tube and dropped the door down crooked in the track. Rollers fell out of their brackets and the door popped off the track and swung into the garage. Not good!Most of the bolts that hold the garage door arrangement together were loose, including the grub screws that hold the pullies and springs to the tube. Needless to say I was not impressed. I've since fixed the door myself but this should not have happened if the work done to replace the broken torsion spring was done correctly.On the plus side I'm pretty confident working on torsion spring garage doors now.-----Great experience with the service guys. I called on a Saturday night shortly after one of the torsion springs broke on my garage door and they were out here at my house Sunday afternoon. The whole thing was fixed in two hours. The guys that showed up were courteous and professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future for garage door problems.
