This company is very professional.their staff is second to none. They estimated the time required to clean the house and when all finished and done were within 10 minutes of the estimated time. The house was cleaned beyond our expectations

They are pretty great to deal with. It takes some time to get to know each other. I just leave a note each time for what my main concerns are each time & the girls always oblige. They are a Godsend for us because of the long & strenguest hours my husband & myself work. I would highly recommend!

Nick called me and due to a misunderstanding is going to refund a part of my cost so I'm going to change the status to 5 stars. I'll be using the service again and I'm VERY satisfied with the end-result.

The girls did a great job, they worked well together and were very professional. I noticed that for the entire 3 hrs no one sat down. They worked continuously throughout the morning.

Very polite and come on time. Do really great work. The house smells amazing too! A big relief for me to have people I can trust do some of the things I just don't have time to do anymore.

Have used service several times before, disappointed with latest experience. Time and expense ran substantially over forecast. Several requested items not completed, oven left with chemical cleaner inside with response indicating that I would need to finish cleaning. Disturbing. Worst of all no follow up call from owner/manager? Nick. Appears to be change of ownership, totally different experience, never again.

I can't say enough how much I love this company. I have used them on a scheduled basis (every 3 weeks) for well over two years. I find it helpful that I get a call the day before telling me what time the girls will be arriving. They are always timely and I appreciate the effort in making sure that people familiar with me and my home are sent. They are always willing to to go that extra mile when asked to do something extra.

We’ve had Maid Brigade Service for several months now and I can highly recommend them. Very thorough and complete. They use their own equipment and cleaning products which is an added bonus!

If I could give the service a0 I would but the lowest number is 1. The ladies came on time and went up to clean my apartment but when they came down they were talking personal business about the state of the apartment with my landlord. They were telling her that the house was the worst they'd ever seen and that there was excrement in the sunroom. All of that was not true and even if it was they were talking my personal business with a stranger. This does not generate a sense of trust quite the opposite I don't trust these women any longer. The fact that they were discussing my own personal business in front of me to my landlady who was a stranger to them and not the person who was paying them really was unprofessional in the extreme. I would not use this service who knows what will happen these people are not trustworthy
