If I can give zero stars, I would select that in a heartbeat. This branch is one of the most unprofessional insurance brokers I've ever interacted with.I want to particularly highlight that Louis Lin is incredibly unethical and unfit to be an insurance broker. He is a poor communicator and very unresponsive, taking hours and sometimes days to respond to inquiries and post-policy questions. He takes advantages of newcomers to Ontario and proposes unethical practices such as fabricating driving/insurance history and discretely adding other policies without disclosing the necessary information consumers need to make a well-informed decision. He is obviously a veteran to these unmoral ways as he insists to discuss insurance policy details over phone calls to avoid written documentation of proof.After seeing through his unethical practices and cancelling our policy, he sarcastically curses that we watch out and take care out there on the streets".Unless you voluntarily want to be scammed
