I was removing and old banner, and installing a new one when the print got away from me, and left me with no tension on my finished product. Contacted Vantex, asking how to get my tension back. The woman on the phone was friendly and polite, provided me options, and then immediately emailed me a link to a video, showing me how to solve my problem. Great customer service! Will definitely use them again in the future.
