Shop is run very poorly. Kevin King (the owner) is rude, terrible to deal with, and is prone to fits of childish anger when dealing with something he doesn't want to. The company also clearly owes a lot money to many of its material suppliers, and as such projects are delayed often because the company simply does not have the money keep the shop stocked to be able to manufacture cabinets in a timely fashion. Plenty of corners get cut because of this factor as well (mismatched tape for parts, hiding damaged pieces, ect), so in summary you cannot expect your cabinets to be high quality or on time from Innovative kitchens.

Dallas and his Father have alot of experience in the cabinet industry. I know first hand the quality of the product and installers and have been blown away by seeing many customers satisfied. This was a easy review for me. Thanks guys.

We had Innovative Kitchens do our kitchen and bathrooms and couldn't be happier. The service is excellent! There are not that many local companies that really care about the customers anymore, but Innovative Kitchens and Bath is one of the few! We live 35 km from the showroom and never had a problem scheduling either consultation or anything else in person according to our schedule!

Unfortunately Kevin from innovative is unreliable and my bathroom renovation dragged on for six months.I think he has a problem paying his sub trades therefore they could careless about making his jobs a priority.

I had high hopes for them helping me, but they are too 'busy'. I prefer to work with friendlier companies anyways.

I've debated since a few months after getting our kitchen reno'd to leave this review and I feel that now is a good time to write it. Literally only a few months after my renovation, all new kitchen cabinetry and bathroom cabinetry, the finish started aggressively peeling off the cabinets. Getting the slightest bit of water on them almost immediately made the finish bubble off. I tried to contact them about it, but was never able to get Kevin to actually call me back about the issue after multiple back and forths with the woman that designed our kitchen (we had her contact info). Now 2 years on, my kitchen looks horrible. You should feel embarrassed about this kind of staining work. I've never seen stain peel like this before on actual quality cabinets. And that's not even mentioning the bizarre conversation I had with Kevin where he randomly brought up the fact that some of his boys were accused of stealing or otherwise disposing of an expensive carpet at one of their work sites and had no real reason to back up that they didn't do it. The guys that came to deliver the cabinets marked up my walls and floors and seemed like they really didn't want to be there; I could hear the irritation in the installer's voice as he tried to work with the delivery guys. I guess I should thank you for this opportunity for me to learn how to properly stain cabinets as there is no way that I'll be able to sell my place without having them redone and we don't have money to hire out. Seriously, skip this place. What a mistake.

Where to begin? My in-laws paid $80 000 to redo the kitchen/bathroom in their home. They finished 2 months late, got the initial cabinets wrong, and caused half of the outlets in the living room to stop working. When confronted about the power, they said we'll send someone out"... Going on 4 times now and still nothing. This company is not one I recommend

Just had Innovative Kitchens and Baths renovate our master bathroom and kitchen. The job finished on time and on budget with a higher quality than we could have ever wished for.

Their product is amazing! Just did a kitchen renovation, finished January 2018. LOVE our new space! Great service.

Innovative supplied our new bathroom vanities over a year ago and because that experience was so positive they were our first choice for our kitchen renovation. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and found Kevin and his team excellent to work with at all times. Kevin was very helpful with some design ideas and convenience features.Some minor delays are normal in all renovation projects especially when more than one trade is involved but everything was done within 3 weeks of our original timeline which is phenomenal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Innovative for your project!
