Eurosell Windows

Very difficult to get warranty service. You can call in a thousand times, and been told that someone will reach out to you, but you will never get a call back afterwards. Think twice, before you put your money down.

It was pleasure dealing with Eurosell Windows! I had them come over to my house and replace all the windows. They did such an amazing job and their customer service was excellent. There were no delays and their staff were well trained as they did a perfect job installing the custom windows I ordered. My house looks brand new now and the windows they installed definitely stand out. Thank you so much!!

We changed the whole house windows with Eurosell. Aman is sooo nice, patient and well-knowledged. She explained the whole procedures to us carefully and patiently. At beginning, we concerned a lot. It was a big project and we were afraid of qualities, payment and warrenty. We had so many questions, but Aman always patient to answer the questions. In fact, they did a good job. Highly recommmand Eurosell!!!

We got the windows from Eurosell for our new house. We though their warranty and quality will be better then others but lot of moisture is being built inside the windows.My husband called them multiple times and they are just giving false promises to come but it's been 4 months after we complain and they are still not coming to get it fixed.Attached are the pictures which shows lots of moisture being built.Seems we made mistake of buying windows from them.Reply to your response.- you did not do any favour. We paid $450 extra for the broken glass.- My husband called every week from October and still our windows were not fixed. If we agreed for delay then we would not spend time call u every week.- We have been told by your front office staff that our window will not be fixed due to our -ve review comments. Never mind we will get it fixed by someone else but we will make sure all our friends are informed about our experience with your company.

Damages are done everywhere. Zero communication. No picking up after their mess. Silicon droppings on the walls, that i had to take off. They show up whenever they want to. Nightmare company.
