DAN VOKEY'S PLUMBING SERVICES

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Call them if you want to pay more then you should and be lied to about the work they apparently did. Use them only if you want to be totally ripped off. Lots of other plumbing companies you can use but don’t call this one.

We had Dan Vokeys’s Plumbing do a larger repiping job and UV system installation at our old farmhouse. We are very happy with the quality of service, professionalism, and quality customer service at Vokeys. Recommended!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. I phoned their office and Erica answered the phone she was extremely courteous and patient on the phone. She listened to the reason I needed their service without cutting me off to hastily get the appointment booked. Imagine calling a business and not having to press 1 for this and 2 for that! Jimmy was the plumber who showed up early to the appointment, yes that’s right, he was early ( can’t remember the last time anyone was early), this was refreshing. He was very polite and courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced a couple of old shut off valves for me and answered any questions I had. I will happily refer friends and family to Vokey’s Plumbing!

They did an excellent toilet installation and leaking sink repair. Knowledgeable and professional repair man who kept us well informed of all details involved in the repair/installation. Highly recommend them. Excellent administration as well, with helpful and pleasant phone/email conversations with Jenn.

I received service within an hour after my call. James and the crew were respectful, professional, quick to assess and fix the problem, did everything carefully, didn't leave mess behind. The fee was reasonable in my opinion, and flexible payment options. Overall, happy with the service, will call again for any plumbing needs.

I would absolutely recommend using Dan Vokey's Plumbing Services. I had purchased a new sink and faucet as part of a home renovation. Erica who booked my appointment was extremely polite and professional working with my schedule to find the best time without having me wait weeks for the installation.Jimmy and Josh who came to install it were also very professional. I've used Dan Vokey plumbing a few times now and I am always happy. The team is always pleasant, responsive, respectful of my home and get the job done quickly. Their prices are fair/reasonable and their invoices are easy to read and understand. I do not feel bamboozled or mislead. They make everything easy and take the stress out of having to call in the Plumber. They are certainly my go to provider for all my plumbing help!
