These people are a 'wonderful' resource for those facing difficulties financially, or have nowhere to turn.They are a whole team of people who specialize in helping the disadvantaged persons in the Goose Bay area. People have apparently frozen to death from exposure while allegedly in their care, however indirectly it was. Turning people away in the winter at the door is unacceptable IMO.
