Walmart Supercentre

There were stuff all over the place, some isles were not accessible because of all the stuff blocking access, I understand that they were stocking the shelves but... Then at check out had problems with the machine, plenty of staff on hand just not interested in helping.

This Walmart is probably the worst managed in town. I have pointed out mold growing in boxed garlic and they have old and possibly rotting groceries. They don't have a lot of items compared to the ones at Cote des Neige or St Leonard's.

DO NO ORDER ONLINE FROM WALMART !!If you’re thinking of ordering online through Walmart just DON’T. Their refund and return policy is terrible. I placed an order that was scheduled to arrive between 8:00-9:00 AM. I got an email saying the order was delivered at 7:58 but I never received any of the items. When I called to talk to a customer rep, I had to speak with 4 agents all giving me different information, on top of telling me I have to wait at home all day until 9:00 PM in case the delivery do come. If nothing then I would need to call back later that night for a refund. When I called, another agent told me they couldn’t process a refund on the same day and that I would have to call again tomorrow. Still waiting on that refund. This is unacceptable for a company as big as them. They took my money but never delivered the items to my house. They made a mistake and won’t own up to it. AVOID THEIR SERVICES AT ALL COST

Lineup for self checkout goes until produce section and only 1 cashier line open. Walking into this Walmart, super unorganized, doesnt look good at all. Dont point fingers at clients, do necessary, staff adequately to keep things in order and maintain Walmart standard. Check out Super C, IGA, Dollarama in the same SmartCentre. If they can keep things organized and clean, not sure why Walmart is suffering from this.

Overall this is a great walmart. The placement of the store makes it difficult when exiting with vechile or by foot. There is plenty of traffic but its smack in the back of the smart center mall. It has a mr lube and is a decent size. Its in excellant proximity to the place bourassa making it easy to walk there from Canadian Tire.the people are nice and integrated within the walmart there is a mc ds, tim hortons, photo shoot, hair salon and more.

Am surprised by somethings they carry and even more surprised when they don’t carry certain items!They have tamarind, curry leaves, and daikon! Yet I have a hard time finding almond butter or sesame seeds, couldn’t find rice noodles for the life of me! Had to go to IGA next door to finish my shopping, missed the Walmart prices though.They general atmosphere is draining, I leave there feeling deflated more than energized, perhaps it’s because there are too many people, or the aisles are small, or the lighting is dim.Yet, I have not had any bad experience with any staff, the self check out, the salon, or western union. The only thing would be maybe a little bit of long wait at McDonald’s.

I got help in a timely manner even though it was busy. Seems understaffed because some areas look a bit of a mess.

Last year (2021) I ordered online 4 times to order for to receive: TENA incontinence underwears for men. 4 times always a mistake and they sent me wrong items. Never received any underwears. Now I just ordered again(April/2022) hoping they corrected the problem but still again they sent me DIAL bodywash instead of the underwears. What is wrong with Wal-Mart? They never fixed the problem. Just received the wrong items (May 2,2022)
