There are issues with this building that dates back to the developer ( Bonds) and them not taking ownership to fix them. It can be frustrating living in this building as there are also issues that have been caused by the tenants living in the building. There has been lack of insurance and taking ownership to resolve said issues. The elevator was out of service for months while one was reserved for move in/ out; thus, leaving us with one elevator. COVID-19 has also caused delays on parts and can also be a factor in the long lineups for the elevators.

DO NOT BUY OR RENT IN THIS CONDO. I moved out of this building last year. There is a serious issue with the central heating/AC system. You can't turn off the heater, and it goes above 40 degrees during summer. You will also be paying $100+ for heating because the heater is on 24/7. The builder and strata company blame each other and don't take any responsibility, and you or your landlord cannot fix this issue on your own because it's the central system that needs repair.There's a reason why properties in this building are cheaper than others in the neighborhood.

Good looking building with fundamental service issues. If you are looking to buy or rent a unit in this building, I would definitely suggest that you look somewhere else unless you are in love with this building. Been living in this building for couple of month, lots of issues; the biggest being elevator. One of the elevators was down for almost 4 months.. one of the other two remaining elevators was in and out of service periodically. after fixing the out of service elevator they took another elevator out of service, then we were back to two elevators and again same issues.. line ups for elevators are sometimes around 30 minutes to get to your floor. today again 2 elevators were down and people were lining up all the way to the entrance door. this is simply unacceptable.. whether it is design issue or management or the elevator system itself, it all comes back to wrong choices from day one. in addition to ongoing elevator issues we have been having several leaks and heating issues in the building. Kudos to the concierge team for their great service and trying their best to help the residents out as much as they can but steer away from this building if you can.

Horrible development company. Heating and ventilation issues in this bldg. In fact stay away from this developer!
