Tasty chowders! We tried the beef pot and the chicken and mushroom pot, both were delicious. The baked pastry is crunchy and amazing. Prices are a little bit expensive for an individual portion. This place is a must visit at the Granville island public market.

The clam chowder was really good. There always seem to be a short line, but it does move quick. Everything seems to be made the day of, we could be people making and baking it on the side. There are other selections, worth a try.

We came to Granville Station on the recommendation from friends. The French Onion Soup from A la Mode was worth the whole visit. My wife does not beef and it looked so delicious in the case that she was willing to share it with me. Upon closer inspection the tag said Vegetarian. We ordered it and a lemonade for 14USD. The Soup arrived fast and hot. The puff pastry covered the mozzarella cheese. It was absolutely to die for. We would come here again to Granville just for this. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Got the clam chowder from here and it was decent. Their clam chowder was super creamy and had a strong taste of bacon which overpowered the soup. If you don’t mind the bacon taste definitely try it. Clam chowder is my favourite soup so I have high standards and prefer my clam chowder to taste more like clams. The salad went well as it had a balsamic vinaigrette and the soup was super creamy. Would come back to try their other soups. Although there was a long line, it went quick!

Every time we come by and visit Granville Island we always seem to make our way here because it's one of our fast favorite food vendors inside Granville Island Market.Today we tried a salmon chowder and banana cream pie for brunch.Our favorite cream pie is a lemon meringue.

Really great selection of pies and friendly service at the counter. We got the clam chowder which was very hearty and warm and went really well with the pastry puff.

Ordered beef shepherd pie as not in the vibe of soup. A solid pie and a very Instagramable one. Ground beef piled in the foil tin below the mashed potato. Reminded me the one I had in university. Thankful for the green salad on side. This pie is very high in fat. Think the price was $16.59. Their puff hat soup cost $14-18. Service is their standard : quick “next , next, next”. Rather expensive.

I'm so glad I picked this stop for lunch (though everything looked great in the market). They cover sweet and savory very well here with multiple options for tarts, dessert pies, pot pies, and quiches. The pacific salmon pie was very tasty with a nice flaky crust and having a slice of dessert along with it made the meal very filling. If recommend this if your looking for a meal that's a little different than just grabbing a quick sandwich.

My wife recently found her new favorite food on Granville Island, she is hooked on the corn soup here now. The pastry and soup are delicious! We tried their lemon meringue pie and it was quite good as well. We will be frequent visitors now

A lot of pies and clam chowders!Breads are so sweet, soups with some shellfish are very delicious but extremly hot. Ice tea is tasty as well.
