Westmount Recreation Centre

Told the lifeguards there was people who could not swim in the deep end . The kids got upset and started swearing at me so I told the kids it's for their own good. Kids started arguing with me and lifeguard. Life gaurd tells me to leave and let the kids stay. Nice to know the a curtain lifegaurd does care about safety.

Westmount R.C. it's ok. I'll just make a little review about Early On centre, which it's located inside Westmount.My girls love to go to this place, they just play and they come back home with a big smile. The only things about this family centre it's open 2 times per week (Tuesday and Thursday from morning 8 or 9 to 12.45pm). And I miss (not my daughters because they don't know what this place can offer) story time and circle time wich it's great for kids learn to be quiet and also share with others. My girls love to sing and dance it would be great they add more activities for our little ones.

It’s fine really, the pool coaches and instructors are a lot louder than they have to be, and kids pooping in the water a LOT. But it’s not like they control that

Another Hamilton pool and recreation centre visited! Very big facility with an amazing pool and slide. I thought I'd seen the biggest women's changerooms with my last pool review, but this one is even bigger. Very clean, showers were immaculate. I thought I would go around 1045 a.m. because length swimming started at 630 a.m. and didn't finish until later in the afternoon. What I didn't realize was how popular this pool is. The pool was very busy. The big pool, hot tub and length swimming areas were all packed. For that reason I won't be back, but the facilities are just beautiful. (I didn't feel comfortable taking photos of the pool with so many people swimming).

Swimming lessons are great. Nice teachers. Clean pool. Slightly heated area for smaller children.Open swims every Friday evening. Staff always watching and making sure rules are followed

It's a really nice clean pool but the small pool gets busy super fast so you need to go before it's full they have a nice calm water slide that's open only on the weekends they have a area to dive in. BUT MAKE SURE YOU BRING A LOCK I've had my stuff stolen in the family change room so always be careful and they are not responsible for your stuff being stolen so there is nothing you can do about it.

My 6 yo granddaughter has been taking lessons here since she was 4 mo. We swim here as a family gathering. And we have had a few party's in the rooms upstairs. My family wouldn't be the same without this recreational facility. Just love it.

Best rec pool experience ever!The pooll has large windows to the outdoors. Leisure pool separate has deep water hot tub. Jets. Therapy waterfall.Large clean change rooms. HOT showers with full spray. Clean.Friendly front desk staff & lifeguards

Excellent lane swim experience here! The change rooms are clean, pool and deck are clean and uncluttered. I wish the lane swim times were longer but that is just a wish list item!

Great place to swim (slightly cool water and slightly crowded) until we had to evacuate because of a floating submarine otherwise it is a great place to swim. :) There is a warm pool area for kids. It was many years ago before COVID that we were there so I am not sure how it is now. I will update next time we go there.I seen some complaints from other reviews that the water was not thoroughly clean, too much chlorine, crowded with waiting for their turn on weekends, not allowed on deck fully clothed, men’s room untidy but I will update that info. :)
