Not very impressed by this location. They do not allow half rice and half noodles, even when I said I don't mind paying extra. Every single location I've been to offers this without additional charge.They do not provide hot sauce, just a bottle of sriracha sauce beside cash to squeeze on to your food. I asked if I could have a container or a spoon to put the sauce in and they refused.Unsure if this was just the batch I had or if it's consistently like this, but the Louisiana chicken was terrible. It was overcooked, dry, and mostly batter.I ordered 2 meat and 1 veggie:Louisiana Chicken, Bourbon chicken on bourbon rice and it cost $15.

black pepper beef has no salt in it! i tried to be nice,inform them the beef has no salt in it.they tried to convince me its my problem.and give me a bag of soy suace. lol never come back. it was my favourit. what happen to them

This rude lady threw chopsticks at us when we asked for chopsticks( in front of other people waiting in line). I was shocked!!!! She threw them at us like as if we are rats. I don't understand why people like this work here and ruin the experience of having good food. (Food is always good here, don't get me wrong.) Ruined the whole experience for me if you ask me. If you don't like working in a busy environment, look for another job. Why are you working at one of the busiest mall in Toronto? Please train your staff properly. No wonder you have low rating.

Workers are too busy gossiping to pay attention to my order. Had to repeat myself several times to get what I wanted. Ordered the coconut shrimp and the workers were too busy laughing and speaking to eachother that they forgot to give me the coconut sauce. Food taste stale, noodles were too hard! Very disappointing after not eating all day to finally have horrible tasting food.

Pathetically managed... a bunch of chinese ppl talking to each other without bothering to listen to the customer... asked for a glass of water after buying a mango salad... the cashiers answer was a very rude no.... when i asked why she qas like... I give you... never buying from here again...

Not for the food. But for the lady that works there. I asked her for chopsticks and fork. TheLady said “sigh these people, so annoying” in cantonese. Not knowing i am a fluent speaker of cantonese. I dont know what her issue was. Lol . Never coming to this place again. Also, the food is soso. The food next door is better.

Worst customer service. I asked for 2 forks she asked us for 50 cents. Sprinkle some sesame on top, she asked extra charge. So ridiculous!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I ordered just a combo meal for 10.99 at vaughan mills branch and i was charged 122.58 and they did not give me a receipt. I tried calling this branch but nobody is answering the phone. whom shall i contact to get a refund on the overcharged.

Food are not consistent taste sometimes it’s not great and saggy Noodles and same with the meats. And the lady on cashier is so rude asking a more napkins she give me little and when I ask more she replies enough!!! How is this lady treating a costumer really bad after I just spent 2 combos spend like $35 ? I have kids and of course I need more napkins and not give me like 3 sheets only.

Worst experience ever. One of my favorite places for fast food and the staff don't let my have half rice and half noodles like every time I ordered for more than 10 years in the USA and Canada! Shame of attention!
