The staff was lovely, the coffee was hot, and the Fun-guy Burger was just STUNNING. Can’t wait to come back!

Sandbar On The Beach
Had to call to book a reservation as seating is limited outside. Lovely views of the water on their outdoor patio. Some shaded seating depending on the time of day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good selection of food on the menu and the Caesar was delicious. The wings were the best!! Definitely recommended.

Sandbar On The Beach
We spent the day on the beach and were craving some fish and chips and wanted to stop in here! We popped in around 4pm which was perfect timing- it wasn’t crowded and we were sat immediately.We took advantage of the $5 hard lemonade that was being sold by Seth and Riley’s Garage- it’s one of my favourites and I’m so happy they had it!We got our food just in time as the place was getting packed! Our server was great and brought out our food hot and fresh! The gravy was perfect to my standards and the bartered fish was flavourful and not too greasy!Definitely recommend this place and will be back again to try more on the menu!

Stopped in because we couldn’t find a restroom anywhere and very glad we did !! the food was delicious and very well priced , the atmosphere was extremely welcoming, the views of Lake Erie are spectacular even while dinning indoors and the staff are very amazing as well service was fast and friendly , can’t say enough good about this gem in Turkey Point 11/10 will definitely be stopping here every time we’re in town

We took a Sunday drive out to Turkey Pt. from London today. Had lunch with friends at the Sandbar on the Beach. Weather was lovely, company was great and food was good, but service was shockingly poor.We were very taken back by how rudely we and other people were treated. I don’t know what was going on, but the staff acted very put out, and we’re not coping with what they described as being busy (place was full, but did not appear busy?). We were first in line, waited patiently, while 3 staff walked past repeatedly and never acknowledged the line. We witnessed one staff rudely react to a woman trying to ask a simple question. When they finally seated it us, it was unorganized chaos and they sat the group behind us before sorting us out. When there were issues with securing the required chairs, the staff had the audacity to tell us, they would make us wait again. Next despite being polite and managing our own responses, the staff that served our table could barely contain her contempt. If we knew of a place near by we would have spared them our money and just left. That will be the last time I make the Sunday drive to the Sandbar. I’d say these staff could use some customer training. Customers are not always right, but these staff were unnecessarily rude and aggressive and not managing the stress they perceived. Given we were not rude, I can only assume we were unluckily subjected to their reaction to something else going on.

Sandbar On The Beach
Love the Sandbar in TP. Had lunch today. Soup was great and so were the mains. I had the Black and Blue salad, which was full of shredded beef. Very tasty and a huge portion. Server was lovely and made sure we were well looked after. You gotta have the Caesar! Best I have ever had!

I am vacationing in Turkey Point and have had lunch here twice in the last week-ish.The food is pretty good pub standard food, nothing fancy but tasty and reasonably priced. They have a decent drink selection and there are enough choices on the menu that almost anyone could find something they'd enjoy. The patio is very nice, with plenty of umbrellas for shade and a lovely view of the beach.The service is a mixed bag, and the reason they don't get a higher rating from me.When we visited last week, our server was a delight. She was attentive without being intrusive, cheerful and made us feel welcome.Today, the service wasn't very good at all.The server didn't give me any cutlery with my meal and couldn't be flagged down to get a set. I did try; I felt as if I was being studiously ignored, but at the time, I chose to give the benefit of the doubt and assume she hadn't seen me trying to catch her eye. (The table next to me noticed, gave me their cutlery and had their server replace it, because they could see my lunch was getting cold.)I ordered (and was charged for) gravy that didn't arrive, and I ordered a 2nd beverage that was seemingly forgotten. When the server eventually came back to ask if I wanted another, I mentioned I had already ordered one. She said I know"

The foot was probably the best meal I’ve had this year. I had a cowboy burger and greek salad and couldn’t believe how good it was. My girlfriend got chicken strips and fries, and that was also tremendous

Took a drive from London specifically to try this restaurant. The location is great…right near the beach. I ordered the Turkey Club sandwich and a Caesar which were both delicious. My husband had the Rueben. He said it was good, but the bread was soggy on one side. The patio area is very nice.The reason for only 2 stars? The wait staff!!! Very rude, aggressive and unprofessional!! When we arrived there was a bit of a line up with us being first in line. A lady behind us just wanted to know if they allowed dogs on the patio, so when a waitress walked by she said, “excuse me” to get her attention. The waitress turned on her saying, “can’t you see we are busy? (there were a couple of empty tables and a few waitresses on). You’ll need to wait your turn”. When another waitress walked by, the lady asked her question and was met with a very curt and abrupt answer. A simple “I’m sorry no” would have sufficed.When we asked to be seated in a Geo Dome on the patio, the waitress that seated us acted like she was being inconvenienced because she needed to find 3 chairs (there was only 1 in the Geo Dome), so my husband helped by finding one. When she came back, she snatched it out of his hands and said, “this one can’t go in there”. The waitress that served us was obviously being passive aggressive by not making eye contact, speaking minimally and walking away before we finished speaking.I’ll add that at no time did we stoop to their level of disrespect or react in a negative way to their rudeness. Although we did express our discomfort at being treated poorly.Won’t be returning and won’t be recommending!

A rare gem in turkey point! Great and reasonably priced food, friendly and attentive staff. Live music was a great touch.
