Great Service!Steven the Equipment Specialist is very knowledgeable ... he repaired and serviced our pressure washer. Its in great shape now. We brought back our wand because it was leaking ... Steven repaired it quick ... excellent service!

I don't normally write reviews, but was pleasantly surprised by their promptness and service after grabbing a pressure washer for my facility from these guys. At first, the pressure seemed a bit too low. They were very quick to have it repaired. I brought it In on Tuesday afternoon, had it back next morning.

I called them in regards to a certain chemical for specific application, I had a question about it because I need to buy some chemicals. They said they would call me back they did not. I called again the next day because they had said they would call me back the day before, someone took down my information again and said oh no problem we will call you this afternoon. Again nobody called me back. I called the third time and I’m given a number of somebody to call, one of their sales reps who would know about what I would need. I called him, he said he would call me right back, He never did. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a company.

Andrew,I am sending this email to you let you know how pleased I am with the service and products that I received when placing a special order for a pressure washer and accessories. Dave, Bill and Scott jumped through many hoops to meet the specs and any safety requirements for the equipment. Bill showed and explained many options on how he could build the special accessories I needed for our project at an OPG Nuclear site, he made sure that they were made of the best suited materials and the workmanship showed upon delivery.Thank you very much, I will recommend Can-Clean products and services in the future.Brent Jeppesen

Disappointing service. Seems like they just want you to spend more money then necessary. They are lucky their getting one star

I bought a floor sweeper machine for my factory, and not only did it do a fantastic job, but the before and after sale attention and service was great. Highly recommend ROY TURK SALES / Can Clean Pressure washers to anyone who needs cleaning machines.

Andrew is such a gentleman! He allows public to buy hand sanitizer and he didn't even Jack up the prices like other people did! Kudos to you and your business. A true Torontonian businessman.
