Giving 5 stars because they have a massage chair

Jasleen was very helpful in helping me send a 5 item shipment from their location to me in Alberta via FedEx. Not a very usual shipment and considering I was not there to do it personally, she was very patient with me and helped me out for a successful shipment.

I use this Ship Center multiple times a week and have been using them since the beginning of the pandemic. I always find them very helpful. I think negative reviews are largely because people do not understand shipping, what paying for priority means and what sort of things such as customs delays can be out of the Ship Center's control. I have always felt that I have been treated fairly and the people here have gone out of their way to streamline my experience for me. I choose this location even though it is not the closest one to me.

Today Jan 7 2023 I was walking on 200 block West Third St. in North Vancouver. I came across a FedEx van marked 74169 parked illegally with the engine running and the entry door and luggage area door open with no driver inside. I couldn't believe a FedEx driver would leave a truck and all the packages unattended ready to be stolen.The driver came into sight up the block leaving 225 West Third St and turned to come back to his van.When I asked him why he left the engine running and the doors unlocked he said the company told me to " After seeing this blatant disregard for customers packages I don't think I will ever use FedEx as a courier for any of my packages."

These guys went to a lot of trouble for me, I was shipping a laptop but it turned out to be a scam, but Packaging Depot North Vancouver was patient with me, and at the end they even let me keep the box they packed it in!! 5 Star Service !!!!!

Absolutely wonderful service, my 1st time returning a parcel, they were so patient and kind, will definitely use them again!

The packages you left at this depot would be unattended. Packages are scattered at the back of the depot where it is open to anyone on the street to walk in. There were needles at the back alley. Not safe to leave your packages there.

I have mailed many letters and documents from this post office for a long time and I can honestly say that all of them have always arrived on time and also at the predicted time. In addition, the people who work in this office are very patient and friendly, and at the same time, they are very professional and fast in their work. I highly recommend them!!
