SDP Dentistry

I have no complaints about Dr Lanoue, but whoever replies his phone calls and emails is doing a terrible job. Very rude and unprofessional. I have asked to switch names on file because I needed that for my report/receipt and this is what I get as a reply.......

Catherine. The “manager” charged me $215 for a cleaning. What a joke !!!! I wish I can give them 0 stars.

Dr. Lanoue, you are an intelligent man and I appreciate all the help on my teeth and somewhat" the information from you. I have been misinformed and basically I will try to make this short and simple; you probably get a lot of patients and 1 may not matter (obv that's me) but your Dentist requires a "friendlier" vibe. I got a call from your team member (no names will be provided for professional reasons) accusing me for the questions I asked about payment and costs of services

Best dentist I went to. They discovered they messed up my fillings when I did some at the University's dentist. They also tried to give me as much discount and make my insurance pay for my treatment. The doctor also explained everything that is happening and will do which is a sign of a good dentist.

Great experience! I've been coming here since I was younger and all the staff and Dr. Lanoue are extremely welcoming. Could not recommend more!!!
