I booked a one hour session with Slobban because she has advanced training in hands and joints per online profile. My main concern is hands and fingers stiffness/ numbness, no other concerns. She spent 45 mins to interview me as if she is a doctor- even doctor is not trained to take this long time to assess a client. In fact, she is a PT. Some of her questions are repetitive and way more in depth which is not relevant. Only few minutes left to teach me one simple exercise that I can practice on my own and soak hands in warm water. During the session, other PT interrupted my session by asking her to read a dr’s note and I felt that it was quite inappropriate. In fact, she can’t correctly read the note either and suggest the PT to call dr’s office. Of course the latter is best practice.At the end, I did tell her up front that this one hour session was waste my time and money, and not benefit at all of my main concern. I asked her if a client booked 30 mins or 45 mins as initial assessment. How would she use the time to interview, assess and provide some physical therapies as appropriate. She didn’t really reply my question directly. Just said that clients have a choice to book whichever amount of time they want. Yes in a way, but clients never knew you would spent full 45 mins to interview me and document at the same time. I myself working in health care, I think that she can’t recall all the information once the session complete. Therefore, she uses client’s time and money to document her findings and too detail on the not is good for her but not benefit for the client. She often repeat the same information she told me during the 45 mins period.When I asked her if I booked a follow up session with her, what more - physi- therapy she can recommend. She said another exercise which will take 30 mins to review. I don’t believe this. She just want me make my money. First time trial this location, will be last time !Not sure how people without coverage can afford this type of service. One hour costs $180 without coverage. Feel fortunate that I have coverage and the cost I paid I would rather spend 2 hour sessions with RMT. Again, not at this location.

I can’t say enough about how great my physio is going. Eric is very skilled at his job. His sessions have been very effective and I’m healing very well. Kudos to him and all the friendly staff who work there !

I have not had as good of a treatment I had today, EVER! I have struggled with my neck since I tripped on my way home landing face first on sidewalk pavement. I was hurt more than I could handle. Today after her assessment Jenifer continued into treatment. It took me till 4 pm today to get over how much it helped me. I have a fairly physical job that I do full time and I am used to taking care of myself. After her treatment I felt unusually aware where I was hurting, this soon turned into feeling a lot better than before. I am very pleased and thankful to how I was treated today. A1 care. I fully recommend their care!!

I've been seeing Marissa for TMJ pain and a locked" jaw. Melissa has set me up with great tools to help my recovery and I don't doubt that very soon I will be pain free. I highly highly recommend working with her."

Went regarding dislocated pinky. So in demand, I waited 6 weeks. Ryan was considerate of my situation and built his recommendations around that. Very knowledgeable about hands and worked his recommendations based on my unique circumstance. Very effective at diagnosing and treatment. Thanks for sharing

Clinic was clean and efficient and everyone was courteous and professional, but most of all my physiotherapist Siobhan was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, funny, and super-competent and I left feeling 100 percent better about how to recover from my injury.

I can tell Jen is very experienced right away. She knows all my problems after checkup, even some areas I didn't notice before. Her treatment is excellent, top-notched. I feel I'm fortunate to be treated by her.

I had a thumb injury that required surgery. After surgery, I saw Ryan here several times to help me recover. My thumb is doing much better and I have more confidence in it. Ryan helped me a lot. I recommend him and this clinic.

Loved how nice everyone at the Clinic was. Friendly, professional and clean. Clare was a delight and super helpful with physio for my hand. She was patient, informative, compassionate and super insightful. Loved all the attention to detail and extra help she gave me. I felt she went above and beyond to ensure that I was confident with my healing, and set up for success. I would definitely refer this Physio clinic to anyone who is looking for specialized help for their hand needs. 5 stars!

Great customer service and Cheryl is by far the best hands on therapist. She helped me understand what’s a proper posture look like. Also, with her help I finally have better control over my migraine and my knee pain.
