Night School

Usually a pretty good place to be, although big student events can make it really over-crowded and when everyone's drunk, it puts a damper on things. The drinks are pretty overpriced too. But the staff has never been less than kind to me, and even after being hit and harassed by guys, I'll still go back, just because, to me, security always promptly takes care of things and assures that I'm okay after the fact.

Went here for the EverAfter after party and was so shocked at how the security inside were treating people. There were 2 guards on each side of the DJ booth , one of which stood in the middle of the booth and blocked the dj half of the night. They were throwing people out left and right, grabbing people by their necks and shirt collars who weren't even getting rowdy. The dj said to mosh.. and then people got in trouble for it..... How fair is that? Hands down the worst bar I've ever been to for an after party or even in general. The sound was awful as well and the mic kept making loud scratching noises. I will never return no matter who plays here based on how security treated the people in the crowd.

I Have a had some good experiences at night school in the past along with my friend . But last night we were enjoying some drinks with a group of friends. We had only been there for maybe half an hour, and my friend went out for a smoke break, he maybe had 2 beers prier to being outside . And when he came back in one the bouncers decided not to let him back in saying he was too intoxicated . He was very rude about it towards us . I have heard a lot of stories regarding these certain bouncer dragging people out by there necks, So we just left. I have had no previous issues towards this place, but seeing that the kick people out within not even half an hour of being there throws me off.

Security are way to over powering. Make sure you don't by accidentally walk into them or you might get kicked out. The only people I enjoy going to see an buying drinks off of are the two bartenders girl on the far right and the guy on the far left they normally works the bar. Other then that it's horrible

Good club for the area, security for the most part is fine but they do kick out people for little to no reason (sometimes they are justified). Music is good enough, sound system is better than you would expect and washrooms are definitely above average. Drinks are reasonably priced and bar staff is great for the most part.

I had one drink before coming to this club on Saturday night, and the bouncer refused to let me in. I was not loud in line and I was walking perfectly fine. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before, considering I am not much of a drinker. I will NEVER be returning because the bouncer was rude without a reason. I will also make sure my friends NEVER return to this club as well! Just wanted to say thank you for letting in guys who had 20 + shots before entering your club, compared to a guy who had one beer. A+ work! your bouncers are useless at best.

Told me I have to keep dancing or else I’d be kicked out (mind you I felt completely fine). Was followed into the washroom to tell me I need to leave. When I said I don’t feel sick and I don’t know what the problem is I was told I need to keep moving). Didn’t see them say that to all of the men who were sitting down. So I kept dancing and nobody was on my case. If they were really worried about me throwing up you would think the last thing they would do is to tell me I need to keep dancing. The only reason security is there is to check out the women. They don’t have anybody’s best interest in mind. Also told my boyfriend to “control his woman” even though all I was doing was sitting down and taking a break from dancing (plus I’m my own person- not an object he owns). This place seems incredibly sexist.

The music is not good, expect a lot of pop and not much else. The interior is pretty small and there's not really any area to sit. It's not very pretty inside. The line is usually shorter than other places like Pub on King, Beckys and Phils.The bar staff is pretty quick and make decent drinks.

huge let down once you are inside. not alot of room and and the atmosphere feels cheap and under styled. almost every other club/ bar has various seating and dancing areas with bottle service and VIP sections. basically all it's good for is dancing and that's even a let down with the lack of space to do so. every time I go it's too packed and everyone is crunched in to the point where you are unable to breath let alone drink your overpriced drink. staff was rude and uninviting and watched several people leave do to the bouncers harassing them. save your time and money and go elsewhere and maybe the owners will start to care and actually makes some positive changes. I would live to see some feed back from the managers/ owners seeing how no one's reviews and issues have been addressed by anyone from your establishment.

Almost always had a good time at night school! The line moves fast, and the bouncers wont give you trouble as long as you're respectful/not too out of it. There's a $5 cover, the music is decent, and decent crowd most of the time. The main appeal is probably that the entire place is pretty spacious, and almost entirely a dancefloor.
