I've been sitting here for 3 hours. And will probably have to wait longer in the exam room. Front desk was courteous but failed to put my information in computer. They skipped my number which made the wait even longer. We have a life

Dr. Graham Duff;0 stars.Waited half a year to see him, expecting him to do extensive testing to find out what was wrong and all he offered was an asthma test. My symptoms weren't related to asthma whatsoever. I lost control of my body for a second while driving and almost hit the ditch. Even after explaining what happened, he had ZERO idea what it was and provided nothing useful.My biggest issue: He didn't seem sure of himself while he was speaking to me and barely had confidence in what he was explaining. Like he was GUESSING.After seeing a cardiologist a month ago, he told me I had POTS and long term covid symptoms. At least he did some testing to find SOMETHING because he knew something was up.Dr. Duff honestly doesn't seem like he knows anything more than a typical family doctor and was a complete waste of time.- the asthma test was negative, so another thing wasted because I knew it wasn't that.

My Second time here. The waiting room is spacious and clean. Staff ate friendly. They will add you to the walk in list and then you can come back later. Very nice.

Nothing but professional care for over 10 years. Everyone is doing the BEST they can in such trying times . Show a little kindness and that’s what you will get back

The staff is very kind and easy to talk to, however it seems like each time I arrive early for my appointment, I have to wait 30-45-60 mins, just to see my doctor. Wish I didn’t have to wait so long.

The online registration for the walk-in clinic is great - no more waiting 2,3,4+ hours to get in. Anytime I have made an appointment with the online registration, the approximate appointment time is quite close. We all need to remember that longer wait times may be because your doctor is at a delivery, or other appointments may have run longer. The doctors here do their best to take their time with you. The other staff I have encountered (nurses, front desk, bloodwork staff...) have mostly been pleasant experiences.

Noticed online “walk-ins” began at 10:30am, so I was there at 10:25. When I got in no one was at the walk-in desk and the sign already stated full capacity. The other two receptionist chatty Cathy’s must’ve figured I was there as a tourist. I later find out that you now have to call to make in appointment for a walk-in? When you have to call to make an appointment it’s NOT a walk-in! That’s called false advertising anywhere else! Our healthcare system is becoming 3rd World country status as far as I’m concerned!

I have Dr. Earl as my family Doctor and I cannot sing his praises enough! He is simply the best. Every appointment is done with such care and attention to detail. He delivered one of my babies, however with the other one, he popped in while I was in the early stages of labor and said I have a date night with my wife. Are you comfortable being left in the care of the staff that are on duty tonight? I can stay if you'd like me to." Excuse me? How dare you be so wonderful?!?! Of course I was so glad he made his family a priority and I told him to have fun on his date! My kind of human."

I have a great experience with every visit I have for regular check ups or we visitsStaff is very friendly and kind every day and hour regardless of how busy, amazing experiences

This is an open letter to the doctors at this clinic.I have a lot of pain. It’s been months now.They won’t give anything for pain. Who knows why. Doesn’t matter.I have nearly unlimited access to opioids. I don’t need your permission to take them. So why would I bother coming to your clinic, while in pain, and ask for pain killers?Should I instead go sit in emergency and take up their resources and time? Or keep coming back to the clinic that is chronically to capacity?Maybe I should instead turn to the black market opioids? Probably safe, right?All I wanted was less pain to go back to work. Now I can’t even afford Christmas.
