FedEx Authorized ShipCentre

I went into the building but it was locked. The address is WRONG!After calling customer service, they gave me a phone number then I realized the actual place which is located in a convenience store besides the building (show 56 on a plate).The staff there were nice and friendly. I will choose this location if I need it next time.

Went to this location during open hours (the sign said open 10am to 6pm) and they were closed..

This is an independent shop with someone who does drop off and pick ups for FedEx. The person at the counter was very nice, even spoke French because that's my first language. I was in and out very quickly

DO NOT use this location! I chose to have my FedEx package delivered to a pick up spot so I could be guaranteed an easy pick up. This was not the case. FedEx attempted delivery which failed, as the business was not opened at its proper time. I could not speak to an actual FedEx rep on the phone so I came down to this location to find out what was happening. Two and a half hours after they were supposed to be open and the doors are still locked. No signs on the doors, other delivery drop off slips stuck to the windows and they won't answer their phones. Stay far far far far away if you actually want to be assured that you're package will be delivered. I eventually found a way to talk to a human by begging their chatbot to allow me to speak to one. Had my package directed to a different location that is trustworthy.

Not happy with service

First of all... FedEx sucks when shipping across Canada. Always use Canada Post with tracking - they have access to apartment/condo buildings and mailboxes. FedEx don't. After a delivery attempt when I was not home, I changed the directions to hold at location" which was closest to me. Next day

They do NOT scan the items as available once Fedex leaves them there. After almost 2 days of waiting with my item in transit the entire time...I decided to check and it was there. It had been there for 2 days...they do not scan the items. I hate fedex as it is, but no idea why they would leave their parcels at a location that never scans their items !
